Years of experience in Design and Construction allow us to design unique and beautiful spaces that are tailored to reflect your individual identity and your budget. We make sure all elements of design and construction come together cohesively in both form and function. Projects range from those designed to maintain the historic character of the existing residence, to those that take the house in a new but contemporary direction. We use the latest in CAD software with photo realistic 3D capabilities to help in the communication process. If desired, we will connect you with a pre-qualified contractor. After making your selection, we negotiate pricing and oversee their work on your behalf until the completion of the project. Being your advocate eliminates any issues that may arise and lets you sleep at night knowing your are getting the best value and quality possible.

We hired Adam to create the floor plans/design for our forever home. He asked great questions and ensured he understood our aesthetic before drawing the initial plans. The plans were far more impressive than we could have imagined; our house has a weird, complicated floor plan. Thus, the details and creativity weren't anything we could have anticipated. With this eye for detail, he recommended an excellent engineer who he ensured also presented fully detailed updates to the plans. As we are looking for a contractor, I showed the plans to one of the most respected and lauded contractors in Long Beach. He said the plans were one of the best, most thorough sets he's seen in a very long time. He confirmed our thoughts big time! I would (and will) recommend RAD Designs to anyone who asks.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam on a complex remodel of a 1950's era home. As the interior designer for the project, my job was to make sure the interior and exterior improvements looked cohesive. I had some general 3D concepts of what I wanted the home to look like. It involved adding multiple exterior structures to the home to improve the curb appeal. I needed a highly skilled architect to be able to bring it to life and to design proportions that would actually work with the roof line of the home. Adam was responsive, fast and accurate, and he is a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of construction helped him be able to produce plan sets that worked for the project and when unexpected challenges arose in the field, he was able to work with the contractor to resolve them quickly. The results were fantastic and the home looks beautiful and we stayed within our budget. Thank you Adam!

Adam has easily been the best part about our remodel project, and I only wish that he was the first person I contacted instead of starting with an interior designer like I did. He's super easy to talk to, he's got excellent design sense, he's very detail oriented and thorough, and he's ultra quick in getting back to you should you have any questions along the way. Adam is a true professional and he's passionate about his trade. I was planning to build a container home in Riverside County. I found Adam by doing a google search for container homes. I hired him to do a site plan and consult me through the process. Unfortunately, the project fell apart due to excessive grading costs. Adam's advice was sound and helped me save a ton of money. Turn Key Remodel

I am a general contractor and have been working with Adam for over a year now on several projects. He is very knowledgeable in design and construction. His plans are very comprehensive and creative. Adam provided remodel plans for a new front entry, window replacements, kitchen makeover and a new master bath. He was very easy to work with and took care to listen to the customer and as a result I ended up with a remodel that was totally functional with excellent aesthetics. He worked the permit approval process with the County Planning Department which was a big help.

Adam Dorn team worked with our designer to modify an existing living space creating an additional small office room and additional full bathroom as well as suggesting and designing an inside laundry room. The design was executed with our wishes to keep the design simple and consistent with the 50's home style and yet upgrading to modern conveniences . He created a floor plan flow that uses every bit of the small house to its advantage. We were very limited by the lot size and he was able to create plans that utilized the maximum square footage but kept the single level home.

コメント：How many cargo containers??There were 6 containers used. 5-20' and one 30'. The foundation is a pier and grade beam foundation.

コメント：I love the Island Table. Where did you get it?The island table is part of the island and was custom built by a local cabinetmaker and topped with honed granite.

コメント：Dimensions7'x10'. You need 22" on each side (width of hangers plus 3' clear walking space for a proper walk in closet.
