When can I start the next project with Outerspaces? Bob and Dave and their team were absolutely wonderful to deal with and produced a beautiful and practical design for us. We engaged Outerspaces to manage the restoration of a pool and fountain directly adjacent to our home, as well as the surrounding hardscape and landscape design. Between Bob's appreciation for the purposeful relationship between our pool/patio and our 1930's stone home and Dave's detailed execution of the landscaping, we could not be more pleased with the results. Pre-existing iron fencing was restored to set off the pool, 50+ year old flagstone was repurposed to complete a winding pathway between patios, uplighting against our home and surrounding stone walls was installed, and the result is a dramatic S-shaped pool with 1700+ sf of blue/gray field PA bluestone that dovetails perfectly with our home. Great care was taken to be transparent on budget and timeline, and no stage of the project went by without extreme attention to detail and debriefing. We could not be more satisfied.

Outer Spaces work is superlative. Example: scouring the country for naturally cleft stone so that all the pieces surrounding a pool were naturally within a millimeter of each other. The coloration of the pools I've seen is very tasteful and thoughtfully applied, looking more like the colors deep in a mountain stream than something artificial. The project I witnessed used very tasteful tree lighting, resulting in a painterly scene at night. Likewise an amphitheater, simply and elegantly created from what had been dead space with little charm. The work is always understated and elegant, worthy of Architectural Digest covers again and again. The attention to details could not be more exacting.
