We recently renovated our condo in Fort Lauderdale. The project included the kitchen, laundry room and flooring. Allied Kitchen and Bath provided design and construction services. We are very pleased with Lewis Reif our designer who did a great job helping develop a design the met our needs and expectations. He worked through all details from flooring, cabinets, to power and lighting. Adam Hanson was our project manager and did an amazing job implementing the design, coordinating all subcontractors and working through some challenges with unforeseen existing conditions. Also I wanted to mention Trever Stroup and the rest of the Allied workers were polite and professional. They provided oversight and control with all permits and inspections. I worked with Allied to overhaul and redesign the kitchen and bathroom in my condo and I am absolutely thrilled with the result! I could not have been happier with how things turned out and the operation itself was as smooth as could be. The work was done flawlessly and every step of the process was thoughtful, thorough, and timely. Allied was meticulous about keeping within the agreed upon budget and timeline. From a design standpoint, we worked closely with Lewis R. who helped guide our product selection and make suggestions that fit our personal style and overall aesthetic. He was incredibly patient, kind, and most of all, knowledgeable about features, fixtures, finishes, and more. It was a delight to work with someone who had such sophisticated yet accessible taste and also took the time to really understand us and what we were looking for. We valued his suggestions immensely and felt like we had a true partner throughout the work. In terms of the construction itself, Jim led things as the on-site project manager. He was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and meticulously organized -- everything you could have asked for from someone in his role. He was on-site nearly every day and very hands-on, making sure there was careful attention paid to each task no matter how big or small. As a whole, every single worker who came into our home was friendly, efficient, and maybe most importantly, skilled and talented. Allen, especially, was a pleasure to work with and made sure to communicate so we felt comfortable and that we were getting our money's worth. Everyone we talked to seemed to truly understand this wasn't just a renovation project -- this was an update to our home and something we would be living with and using for years to come. I can not recommend Allied enough. My new kitchen and bathroom are absolutely spectacular and immaculately constructed. I would gladly work with them again on any size project and know I'm getting top-notch service from an organization that truly cares about their customers and the work they are doing.

I had such an amazing experience with Allied and my personal designer Amanda. She worked with my GC and made sure to ask all the questions I would never know to ask, which saved me time and money. Her follow-up was immediate, and the Allied team was always so helpful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she found the right color, materials and layout that suited my condo best. She was meticulous in her measurements and her recommendations. Even when I changed my mind, she always steered me in the right direction and had a ton of patience. I often was greeted by one of the owners of the business and felt everyone acted very professionally. I also ended up using their recommendations on tile for my shower when my original designer could not find anything I liked. I would highly recommend Allied if you want quality and great service. she saved my kitchen and master bathroom and I love the custom bookcase we created together. I will be back!

Andy, my designer, and the team at Allied just completed an exquisite remodel of my master bath. Project was done while I was away this summer and was ready when I returned this fall just as planned. It was a delight to work with the team at Allied from planning to post construction follow-up.

We had completed a previous remodel a few years ago on our 1979 house that we purchased in Boca Raton 10 years ago. We had pretty much renovated the entire house except for the master bedroom and bathroom which needed a complete gut. We weren't happy the previous company but who ever really is. I asked a friend of mine in the home construction industry if he had any recommendations. He immediately said Allied Kitchen and Bath. He stated they were not cheap but they were the best in the business. I have learned in life there are not things you want to go with the lowest bid, home renovations being one of them. We hired Allied and met with Lewis Reif and his design team. Lewis and his team were awesome!!! He was extremely patient with us and he and his team were great at helping us come up with a design and picking out the items we wanted. They made us feel at ease and not overwhelmed. When we had picked out a design and all the items, it was higher than the budget we wanted to spend. One of the owners of the company Bill Feinberg, and Lewis stepped up and helped us come up with another design with everything we wanted to better fit our budget. Adam Hanson was the job foreman. I cannot say enough how professional he and his crew were. My grandfather owned a construction company and my father grew up working construction so I have been around it all my life. I can say without a doubt that Adam Hanson is the best construction foreman I have ever seen. He was at the job site constantly. He and Lewis would also text my wife and I to let us know what days and times they would be there in case we had any questions. Adam made sure everything was done correctly. He also has the most professional and calm demeanor. All of which are very rate in the world these days. Who thought anyone could ever say that their remodel experience was pleasant. I now can. I can also say that in the future we will only be going to Allied Kitchen and Bath.

If you are doing a project and want it done right you have to start with a great company. Any deviation from that poses a risk to your investment, especially in real estate. You need to go by the book and go through the building inspection process, making the contractor: making a given contractor accountable to another authority. Allied Kitchen in my opinion goes by the rules. You may not need all the bells and whistles, but you do need a job well done. Allied has a large staff, inventory, and make the whole mind boggling process easy. I give credit to the bathroom designer Lewis and project Manager Bob R high marks made it came from contract, drawing plans, implementation, and completed project. Allied is the best and worth every penny.

From start to finish, the Allied Kitchen and Bath team was professional, responsive, and incredibly skilled at their craft. We visited Allied Kitchen and Bath in January of 2022, intending to undertake a long-delayed renovation of the primary bathroom in our Fort Lauderdale condo. We met with Lewis Reif, a senior designer, to kick off the process. Lewis was extremely knowledgeable about the kind of bathroom renovation we were considering, and was even experienced with other work in our building. He was also refreshingly candid with us about how long the project was likely to take, and gave us a good sense of the budget range to expect when working with Allied. When the initial estimates were higher than we had hoped, Lewis worked with us on a very effective "value engineering" that brought the overall price down while maintaining our desired quality and priorities. It did indeed take about nine months before we finished design, material acquisition, permitting, and contractor assembly, and the actual demolition and construction took about three and a half months. Our project manager Adam Hansen worked with Lewis to oversee the uniformly excellent work crews. Everyone was very professional, pleasant, respectful and as expeditious as possible; there was a small "glitch" with one of the tiles, but Allied worked around it as much as possible and resolved it promptly. We would highly recommend Allied Kitchen and Bath to anyone who wants a top to bottom, start to finish provider of renovation services, and we would gladly use them again.

We have the highest praise for Allied Kitchen & Bath for the beautiful kitchen, butler’s pantry & family room they created for us. We decided to utilize their services based upon recommendations and reviews and were never disappointed. We were very fortunate to have worked with one of the owners, Rob Feinberg, who very patiently and professionally guided us through the entire process of designing the spaces which included several visits to our home, suggesting unique features and presenting to us the vast selection of their products to choose from. The very talented installers, Mark & Santana, were meticulous during the entire installation process, and Bob, our job superintendent, was always available and prompt to help with any questions or concerns. Thank you Allied Kitchen & Bath for a great job on our kitchen remodel. From beginning to end, you let us know of the progress of the job. The year-long wait was well worth it. From meeting our designer, Lewis Reif, in November 2021, to selecting the materials with him and approving the plans he drew up for us. After a wait of six months, the job started. Every day for two months our project manager, Bob, was on top of it all and communicated with us regularly. All of the contractors and inspectors Allied hired for the job were respectful and very professional. The end product was amazing! A 100% improvement over the previous kitchen. The Allied team that worked on our condo demo/remodel project were experienced, talented, honest, and at all times responsive. I can't say enough about the wonderful the team of professionals at Allied. Our lead designer, Lewis Reif is very knowledgeable, patient, and provided great insight and direction in our design layout. Lewis was also very transparent and set expectations from the first day we met; he didn't give false promises or make excuses in projecting the timeline from start to finish (we started this project during the height of the pandemic with its associated labor and supply chain shortages). Lewis has great vision and through his design expertise, he transformed our newly purchased but very outdated condo into a showpiece! Chris Steigerwald, Construction Project Manager was fantastic to work with. Chris is meticulous and expected nothing short of perfection during all phases of construction. We had a great deal of confidence and trust in Chris and knew he would keep our project on track; which he did! Jenn Messinger, Decorative Hardware & Plumbing Manager helped us successfully choose decorative hardware, lights, mirrors, sinks, toilets, interior doors, (who knew there were so many doors to choose from?) and so much more. We appreciated the consistent and up to date communication! Allied did a great job renovating my Florida house. I am a wheelchair so it was quite complicated although it didn't seem like it was! They handicap accessiblized my bathroom so my wheelchair could get in and they handicap accessiblized my garage so I could get up the new ramp!
