It was a blessing that we were able to find Nicole on Houzz. She did a complete make over of an old condo unit that we have purchased. She not only helped us with the design, but was the project manager, furniture selector, paint and décor advisor throughout the implementation. She is very pleasant to work with, and is very conscious of budget and meeting deadlines. A professional and knowledgeable designer.

We hired Nicole to help us transform our outdated kitchen into a beautiful and functional space that would be the centre of our home. We are thrilled with the final product. We put a lot of trust in Nicole to manage the project and help us make choices as this was our first home reno project, and she accomplished both of those tasks - and more - with professionalism, creative flair, and attention to our specific style preferences. She helped us navigate through all of the decisions, time-planning and costs and stood by our side until the project was complete. We absolutely love our new kitchen. It is exactly what we wanted: a warm and very functional space that has great flow and beautiful details. This a review that took far too long to write, but I wanted to commend Nicole and Kristina for an outstanding job with my condo when I purchased it in September 2015. From choosing paint colours to furniture selection, Nicole and Kristina were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with and I was very happy with the results. We worked with Nicole for roughly 7 months on an extensive home reno and are very happy with our experience. Initially, I was very reluctant to hire a designer because it seemed like an unnecessary expense. But, in the end, I think it was well worth it in mistakes avoided and time and money saved. Here are what I think were the key benefits of having Nicole on our project: * She came up with solutions/alternate approaches to problems that our contractor/vendors hadn't offered. This gave us peace of mind that we were making the best possible decision in each situation. * It saved us a ton of time and stress to have her manage vendors and related issues. We have a 2-year-old, so that is invaluable. * She understood our style really well, even though it differed from her own, and was able to focus my many conflicting ideas into a coherent aesthetic. * She was very good about minding the budget, even when we weren't. * She's a very pleasant person to work with unless you're a vendor not fulfilling your obligations, then she's kind of mean. We think our house turned out pretty great, and if I had to do another reno project I would definitely work with Nicole again.

Nicole is an excellent project manager, following through and thinking of the small details. She has great sourcing networks and contacts in Toronto; and was able to hire great professionals and teams for the project. She has a lovely aesthetic, taking cues from your preferences as a client; and takes your budget seriously. Since the completion of the project, she has of her own initiative followed through on loose ends to ensure the project is truly complete. As I live abroad, it has been a huge peace of mind for me to work with someone like Nicole and have a great relationship of trust. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a great interior design professional, and home renovation project management.

Nicole’s vision and design was integral to transforming the kitchen into one of our favourite parts of the house. She is not only easy to work with but creative, resourceful, patient and knowledgeable. She helped create a space in my kitchen that is beautiful and functional. Nicole Robb is an extremely talented interior designer and I would recommend her to anyone. Nicole was an essential part of our home renovation from the very beginning of our project. After one brief meeting, Nicole understood exactly what we were looking for and she helped us achieve a unique, comfortable and elegant transitional style for our home that is also very practical for our family. She gave us original ideas and options and worked hard to find the right solutions for us. She also gave us advice to make sure we stayed within our budget. Nicole was recommended to us by two others who had worked with her. All three of us had different styles and budgets and she created beautiful results that were unique to each of us. And most importantly, Nicole is a lovely person and a true pleasure to work with!

Nicole helped me out on short notice with a bathroom renovation, having come highly recommended by a friend. She was very valuable in helping me overcome my feelings of being overwhelmed by choices, so that we ended up with a good design that we both liked. She also worked with suppliers on my behalf, and I felt I got better service as a result because I was unknown, whereas she was someone they worked with a lot and respected. Nicole was accessible, cheerful and communicated well. She tailored her billable time so that it was proportional to the size of the project and my budget. I would definitely work with her again.

My husband and I hired Nicole to redo our kitchen/dining room as well as adding storage space in our master bedroom and bathroom. She did an amazing job! Our reno was initially started because we had some issues in the past with frozen pipes, and our space was quite inefficient. Now that our reno is complete, our house is completely transformed. Not only is it more functional, energy-efficient and safer for our children, it is absolutely beautiful! We never imagined our space could look and function so well. Nicole made our space finally something that we are proud to call home. She is extremely knowledgable, creative, meticulous, and very good at trouble-shooting any issue that came up. Nicole did an excellent job. She is a creative designer that provides a great end-to-end service. She started by providing terrific and innovative design ideas and solutions for our kitchen and then she brought in a professional contractor and provided us with an estimate and timeline. She oversaw all of the work and provided us with thoughtful suggestions and good guidance about where to invest and how to make appropriate compromises in order to stay on budget. Best of all she delivered an amazing kitchen renovation that is worthy of a magazine article. All for a very fair price.
