RKC Builders Inc was founded in 2009 by Barry Rehm and Kyle Killam. The two met while working together at Meritage Homes in Southern California. With over 40 years of experiance between the two of them the partnership was not only an easy decision but also a great one. Their second great decision was naming the company RKC and not Rehm & Killam Construction. RKC Builders has gone on to become a very well respected name in the general contracting field. RKC Builders Inc is now run solely by Kyle Killam. With our vast experience in all areas of construction ranging from demo to Smart Homes we are uniquely equipped to achieve any desires you have for your project. RKC Builders, Inc. brought our project to fruition within our budget while maintaining the quality of work they stand by. They worked well with all parties involved including us as the homeowners, the city inspectors and outside hired services in a respectful and professional manner. They made an effort to stay up-to-date with all code regulations required by our city and made informed suggestions during the entire process when we needed guidance or when we were unaware of other options. Their knowledge was invaluable. We are pleased to have our completed project to enjoy with our family and friends.

RKC Builders completed our remodel and we are very pleased with the craftsmanship and integrity of the owners. They performed a complete transformation with a clean modern look using Nana walls toward the garden, a new oak wood floor, an all white kitchen with new appliances, a new marble fire place, together, creating a total open concept. I have hired RKC for my project in Newport beach. It's pretty much a new construction (about 95% demo) costing over 800K. They have done the foundation and are in the middle of framing right now. I have nothing but good things to say about them. My structural engineer has had nothing but good things to say about them and we've passed every city inspection which is very stringent with flying colors. I can tell you that RKC has been doing my project since October 2015 and have been there full time throughout this whole time. I go to the site everyday and there are people always working from 7:30-3:30. I will be putting another review once the project is done with picture

Just finishing up a wonderful exterior house restoration with RKC Builders Inc. Our 100 year old Craftsman house in Pasadena had yellow plastic Sears siding on it when we bought it in 1990. We decided this year it was time to take a leap of faith and see what we had underneath......RKC Builders removed the plastic and then set to work repairing broken shingles. All this was done by hand...New shingles were installed only in places when the old shingles were not repairable. They put new frames around all the windows which had been been stripped to put on the plastic siding. They also rebuilt and re-shingled our garage and helped restore our deck. I can't say enough good things about RKC Builders. The contractors were respectful and communicative. Their workers were clean, came on time and helped us with any concerns we had...We will have them back to do some inside work next year.

Sheer gratification with the ultimate result of the renovation/second story rebuild of my 217 yr. old Victorian farmhouse is full testimony to the integrity, reliability, and professionalism of RKC Builders. With an emphasis on customer satisfaction and service, this trustworthy company shepherded to an on schedule completion within a competitive budget, with notable skill, knowledge, courtesy, accuracy, clear and timely communication, accessibility, and utmost respect for my personal space and ideas. The combination of attention to detail and creative problem solving brought to fruition the excellent culmination of a daring dream.

I had RKC builders install windows, a new front door and framing around our front windows. RKC also did some stucco work on the front of our house. I couldn't be happier with the work that Kyle did. Not only was he professional, he did an outstanding job. Kyle was clean, on time, and helpful in so many ways. He is honest and will consult you prior to doing anything additional. I couldn't recommend RKC any higher. If you are looking for a great, honest contractor RKC is the way to go. Thanks Kyle!

RKC builders are absolutely amazing. I cant express how much i appreciate their hard work, follow through and dedication to their craft. We have hired 6 different contractors over the past 4 year for various projects. I will never hire another contractor again. They are committed to putting out excellent results and pay attention to all the details. They clear up each day after they work. I almost didn't even realize I had construction going on. RKC did my Backyard. They were fast, efficient, and inexpensive. The lead Contractor has a Master's degree, and was extremely smart, honest, and funny,so we were lucky to have found him. It turned out so well, I attribute the higher amount I sold my property for, to this job they did...and frankly, it was their concept from the start.
