In 1991, we ventured into insurance restoration, slowly building our business, working mostly with fire and smoke damaged homes. Next, we specialized in water intrusions, and eventually became licensed and certified in mold remediation. We are an Authorized Waypoint LivingSpaces® Dealer providing higher quality cabinetry as well as custom kitchen and bath designs. If you can imagine it, we can build it. We had new windows installed in May of this year. We have previously used them for two kitchen repair jobs as well as new windows and a new exterior french door going out to the pool deck. We always love working with Rick and the guys, they are like family by now! They are always very careful and clean up as they go, saving me a lot of extra work. We will definitely call them again for our next job!

I had a leak in my bathroom that required repairs and the dated feel just needed to go. I had the shower molding removed and tiled in instead with beautiful new glass sliding doors, new toilet (source of the leak) and I new vanity. RJM balanced necessity vs luxury, what needed to be replaced vs functionality still sound and have me options for both and allowed me to get the best of both without breaking the bank. It gave me what I wanted and could afford. I love the transformation of my bathroom from a dated 80s cheap composite brown mess to the beautiful day spa feel it has now. My family has used RJM for many years.

We knew from our initial meeting with Rick that RJM was the right choice for us. His positive, decisive approach got us through a loss recovery project that was further complicated by hurricane damage and settlement delays. We are very pleased with our new flooring and our new kitchen. I say hats off to the RJM team for a job well done!

My 2nd floor A/C leaked and required expert work to renovate, but also make sure that no moisture would remain. Richard is a very conscious and detailed contractor with an excellent crew who managed every detail of the process from the removal, remediation and finally the renovation. When done the bedrooms and bathrooms looked beautiful, and better then when we first built it. Highly recommend RJM

My husband and I contract with Rick Parcels to remodel the back of our house, which involved tearing of the back aluminum porch and pool cage (that extended our huge pavered patio area) and building a "true" roof ten feet up to create an open large screened lanai. the New roof line required them tearing off a portion of the back wall of the house over my kitchen and great room. We are SO happy that we did this! My back screened lanai, under the roof is now 12ft by 36 feet, plus the screened cage of 18x36 ft. My living/entertaining area is quite impressive on this old house. Rick and his crews also kept my house dry, neat and were so professional and courteous. I highly recommend Rick and RJM Contractors!

RJM remodeled a 1980 ranch style house and turned it into our dream home. All their employees are very hard working and caring. Being a family run business they take pride in their work. Construction takes time so if you are patient and want quality work, I would highly recommend them.

We will always say how blessed we were to work with RJM Contractors. We were dealing with a build back through our Insurance Company and they knew exactly what they would approve so there was no back and forth. We added in some renovations of our own and the work was done well. Dealing with a family owned and run business was a good thing and we felt that their suggestions for materials used were perfectly suited. I would 100% recommend RJM Contractors to everyone!!

When my husband and I bought a very small apartment size condo in Bradenton, Florida, we knew we would have a daunting task of renovating the 40 year old kitchen and 2 baths. The kitchen actually had wooden counters! Rather then spreading the work out over several months, we decided to have all the work done at one time. This meant we were faced with half of the condo being being under construction at the same time, and wouldn't be able to live there during this process. so we needed a contractor that we were sure was trustworthy and would do an excellent job. After interviewing about five contractors and searching on-line we met and hired Rick Parcels owner of RJM Contractors. He worked with us to come up with a plan that we could afford and that met all our needs as far as storage and design. His work was done on time and he e-mailed us with his progress and took pictures as he went along. As problems arouse with granite suppliers and the structure of a 40 year old building, he was on top of it. When inspecting the finished project I was pleased to see every corner mitered perfectly and my counters were level. Rick was easy to work with and definitely knows his job well. He anticipated problems we hadn't even thought of. My husband and I would definitely hire him again and would gladly refer him to family and friends.
