RJ Daughters Design-Build

RJ Daughters is an uncommon design build company. Uncommon because we are women owned. Uncommon because of our design. Uncommon because of our clients. You will not find us in the magazines or on the internet but we could introduce you to a hundred of our remodeling and new construction projects. We have built the largest house in Bloomington and remodeled the smallest house in St Paul. We choose our jobs with one qualifying criteria… does the client care about design? Although it’s always fun to do projects where the design drives the budget, we are most proud of the projects were the budget drives the design. We work together with our clients to find the right balance between cost and design. We fully disclose our costs. We fix our fee at the beginning of the project and it doesn’t change unless the scope significantly increases. We don’t “one stop” our purchase of materials, rather we work at finding the best cost – most often buying direct on-line. We have worked with the same sub-contractors for years – we are a team.
