The experience we had building our first family home with Scott Turner and Riverside Homes was truly second to none. The outstanding level of service mixed with their reputation and quality workmanship will surpass all of your expectations. Scott’s Team (Casey, Matt, Shana and countless others) made the journey memorable and it was easy to track selections, budget, change orders, and progress with the Co-Construct Software. The finish out touches and the quality of the work always gets us compliments from all of our friends and family. It was very important to us to have an open line of communication with Scott and his team throughout the building process. We were pleased with the eco-friendly, efficient and state-of-the-art touches the home conveys. In the end we had our Green, Brand New, Modern Farm House and it was all due to Riverside Homes and Scott Turner. We highly recommend Riverside homes to anyone looking to build their dream home.

My husband and I worked with Scott and his team at Riverside on the build of our new 4 bed, 2.5 bath home in Austin, TX. There were a lot of moving parts to our project... we had to select all of the finishes of the new home, get our old house ready to sell, list and sell the old house, then move to the new house... Scott's team finished our new house 3 weeks ahead of schedule, just in time for us to move right into it before we would have had to find a temporary home in between. The quality of the construction is outstanding we dealt with extremely professional people during the entire process (Scott, his construction team, designer, etc... ) We love our new house and would recommend Riverside Homes to anyone!

Moving back to Austin, this was only the second house we looked at. We bought it on the spot! We downsized from a huge house in California but still wanted high end finishes in a small retirement home. The high ceilings and big windows make it feel much larger than it is. We are very pleased that the house is super insulated and has state of the art features including a tankless water heater and nest thermostat. The utility bills are minimal and we are delighted to live in 78704 (the coolest part of Austin). Highly recommend Scott Turner and his incredible staff. If we ever decide to build a new larger house, Riverside Homes will be our first choice.

Scott and the Riverside Homes team were fantastic to work with! Their meticulous attention to detail, thorough follow-up, and professional approach to building homes led to a seamless experience for us, as first-time home buyers. We don't consider Scott and his team as Builders. We think of them as Family! They're always checking in with us to make sure we're happy and satisfied, and whenever we have an issue, no matter how big or small, they are quick to respond and help us. Additionally, their long-term track record of success in the Austin market was an important criteria for us when we looked at homes and builders.
