I am a homeowner who was in great need of window replacement. Working with a teachers' salary and in this risky market, my husband and I were very hesitant to spend our hard-earned money. We were seeking a low maintainance window product but didn't like the cheap plastic look of vinyl. Richmond Window showed us their product and its great quality and value ~ and made it very easy for us to choose to invest in our home and to afford the project. Our home has now been clearly enhanced from both the inside and the outside. The first two things I noticed after our installation was how quiet our house now was and how easy the windows were to keep clean. We can't get over the difference. Our entire experience with RWC has been wonderful. Thank you for helping us enhance our home and its value - and for renewing our faith in the home-improvement experience.

What a wonderful experience!! Home improvement projects never seem to happen easily for us. Richmond Window has changed my opinion on how seemless and pleasureable it can be. The Renewal by Andersen windows they installed were absolutely beautiful!! My neighbor swore that the new windows weren't "replacements". He was shocked to find out that they were. I think he is going to be calling you guys soon. He loves them as much as we do! Thanks for a great job, but even more for the great experience!!
