I've loved home design since I was a teenager, redesigning rooms in my family home. The connection with my environment has stayed with me through out my adult years, and all the while I was building my career in the world of advertising and marketing. I soon realized that my client management experience, brand development passion and my love for design marry perfectly for this venture that is R. Apple & Co. I believe that furnishings and decor are portals into memories of the past, and love mixing vintage pieces with new materials to make the spaces fully finished. Not only am I a designer but I'm a mom of 3, and a Master Gardner Volunteer in-training. So I understand the need for spaces to not only be beautiful but also functional. I'd love to hear about your project and am here to help you create the space you’ve always wished you could live or work in. Baby nursery

We loved working with Rhiannon! She immediately grasped both our design sense and the practical needs of our family. She crafted a space for us that is beautiful and functional and better than we could have imagined. Rhiannon is also a clear communicator—down to earth, easy to work with, and always respected our time and budget. We hope to work with her again soon on more rooms in the house.

I'm so glad we decided to work with Rhiannon! I was feeling so stuck in my home, having tried on my own to make our new build look like ours. Rhiannon was able to help me articulate my style in a way I couldn't! Now I love my kitchen and living room, and feel like it's *our* house. My laundry room is a show stopper, with beautiful custom cabinets in my favorite green color. Rhiannon is now helping us with our entry way and mudroom, and I can't wait to have those spaces done and looking great. I highly recommend working with Rhiannon. She is creative with a great eye!

Rhiannon was a great listener and was very adaptable to the many needs involved in my project. Moderate budget, three kids, a dog, pandemic pod in the house, and some pieces of furniture we already had and needed to incorporate. She managed to finally pull together our great room (living, dining, kitchen all in one) in a way that feels cohesive without being too formal or matchy. She used a lot of pieces of art that I already owned and were important to me. She taught me some things about design so that I feel more confident changing things up along the way if I get tired of something. She also helped me with my daughters 'big girl room' and took my daughter's request of teal and turned it into something classy and beautiful. Highest recommendation for R. Apple & Co.

I contracted R. Apple & Co. to project manage the design and build-out of our second SoulShine Schools location in Decatur, Ga. Rhiannon has a unique ability to adapt her eye for design to be in vision with her client and better yet she can create the design while you just stare at the space completely overwhelmed. Collaborating with her on envisioning a minimalist space for children, with a foundation of nature-based play education while utilizing both upcycled materials, and current styles must have been a challenge but she never let on. I remain incredibly grateful to have had Rhiannon’s head and heart involved in creating our SoulShine Decatur school. Without hesitation, she was able to incorporate our SoulShine philosophy and values into a realistic budget, maintained the project lead on any unexpected issues which allowed me the ability to focus on my business’s operations and continued growth. SoulShine and I are clients for life!

We asked Rhiannon to help us update our home. We purchased it 3 years ago and the house was in a 1980’s time capsule. It was a beauty for the 80’s but I wanted an update country farmhouse feel. She immediately had ideas to open up walls and remodel the kitchen and baths. We had a modest budget for all of this and she stayed on budget. Her ideas were exactly what I was hoping for. The updates were all beautiful and the colors spot on. We moved in and finished the final touches to make it our home. We love our the openness and updates Rhiannon did to our home.
