Rebecca combines her high level interior design talents with very effective listening to produce professionally designed spaces with a personal touch. Her attention to detail covers all aspects of the design, from color choices, to scale/proportion, texture, durability as well as the comfort and functionality of the space. Detailed floor plans, spec sheets and an all encompassing budget are part of Rebecca’s services. Rebecca takes full responsibility for the success of each and every step of the design process and the results. Working with Rebecca is as wonderful as the designs she creates.

After we bought a vacation/retirement house a long distance from our primary residence I knew I would need help furnishing it. I was unfamiliar with the area and would not be on site to accept furniture deliveries. It was a daunting project but, Rebecca made it manageable and enjoyable. After settling on a style I was comfortable with Rebecca presented several options for each room. There were always good choices to pick from and if there was a piece here or there I wasn't sure of Rebecca did further research and found the right thing. Aside from ordering all the furnishings Rebecca supervised the deliveries and installations. It was such a pleasure to walk into the house for our 1st overnight stay and have everything in place. We are so pleased with the result.

Ms. Scott is the kindest person, and one of the most professional designers I know. She is an absolute treat to work with both for her clients and all us tradesmen that are involved with her on projects. Her level of detailed and clear instructions are uncommon in her field. but the end result of her process is stunning, elegant, serenity. I have (and do) work with 50 interiors designers every year, and Rebecca is well above my other experiences. In my 38 years as a supplier to the design community Thurston Scott Interiors is in the top 1% of my "best of ".

Rebecca is full of ideas. She helped us select rugs for our living room and dining room and the rugs look awesome! She helped us with accessories for our family room. She took the accessories we had and used them in a different way and we are so pleased at how the room looks. Rebecca also helped us select the color of chairs for the family room. The chairs have not arrived yet but I am confident they are perfect for the room. Rebecca is easy to work with and a talented professional. We highly recommend her for large or small designer jobs. We are so happy we found her!

We originally hired Rebecca for a paint consultation for 4 rooms in our home. We were so impressed with her ability to ascertain our color palette and decorating style, that, once the rooms were painted, we hired her for several, small decorating projects. Rebecca is delightful to work with, is happy to take on projects no matter the scope or budget, and did a great job finding a middle ground between my husband's more traditional style and my more contemporary one. Gotta love a home where all residents are happy with the result! I would hire Rebecca again in a heartbeat.

I contacted Rebecca to help me with my Master Bedroom redo. She is a professional and easy to work with. She provided me with two design options. The binder included furniture plans with layout, different options for each piece in the room. She also included samples for the wood furniture, fabric and paint. Where possible, she used my existing pieces that I want to keep in the room. I will need to replace a piece or two at a time, due to the expense, but I'm pleased to have a guideline for how to put the room together.

Rebecca is a first-class professional and fun to work with! She helped us see our space in a new way and continues to guide us through our home renovation. She doesn't try to impose a certain style, products, or brands on us. Rather, she listens to what we like and how we use the space, then she offers ideas and suggestions. She has given recommendations to some excellent stores in the area and online that are now my favorite to shop at. She has a wonderful, enthusiastic attitude and is clearly passionate about her work.

I work with Thurston Scott Interiors on designing a space in my sunroom. We did all of our work remotely through photos, emails, and phone calls. Rebecca was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. We filled out an initial survey about how we wanted to use the space and she took it from there. We received our design plan within a week or two and had a phone meeting to go over the plan. After our meeting she updated the plan with changes that we discussed during the meeting. We love our space. I couldn't have done it without her!

I hired Rebecca to update my master bedroom. She was a pleasure to work with. She managed to turn my eclectic taste into something beautiful. She really pays attention to your tastes, needs and interests.

I have loved working with Rebecca to choose paint colors and window treatments. All her choices have been perfect. She has excellent suggestions and a great eye. I definitely give her the highest recommendation!

Rebecca was wonderful to work with on two separate projects. I first got to know her when I won a free consultation through a school event. I asked her to help me think of furniture and decorative ideas for my living room and dining room. She was outstanding and you wouldn't have known she was doing it for free! After our first meeting I hired her and our upstairs looks terrific. I used her again a few months later during the renovation of our basement and addition of a mud room. She helped me from start to finish. Not only did she help with typical things like carpet, paint colors, furniture and decorative items, she helped me pick out cabinets, finishes, granite counters, bathroom pieces - everything. There truly is no way I could have gotten it all done without her help. And, best of all, the basement and mud room look amazing and are extremely functional.
