As the owner of a business, the only thing worse than hearing about a customer's dissatisfaction is not being given an opportunity to fix the situation. In this case, our customer suffered dramatic water damage to their kitchen ceiling - over 75% of the ceiling had to be replaced - due to water damage originating from the second floor of his home. We were asked to complete a two to three day repair and painting job in one day during the week of Christmas in order to allow our customer to utilize the kitchen to prepare holiday meals. Our crew worked until almost midnight to make our customer happy, and when the job was completed our customer did an inspection of the work, signed off on the project and paid for the work on the spot. The following morning, our office called the customer the minute we opened for business and again were given very high praise and appreciation. Given the positive feedback we'd received, this review was a complete surprise, and we immediately followed up again in order to correct any problems at the customer's home. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to correct our mistakes. We've left an open invitation to our customer to call us should there be anything at all that we can do to make things right. Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority, and we go to great lengths to ensure that satisfaction.
