We talked to 4-5 architects and Peter, by far, carried the most innovation and understanding of our needs. Our space is not typical. The others seemed perplexed by high ceilings and a lot of brick. Peter saw it as an opportunity. He came up with a plan that was a great design and, utilized the square feet of our space above and beyond what we would have ever thought of. Definitely thought outside the box to give us excellent results.

Peter was a pleasure to work with during the design and construction process. He came up with unique ideas on how to blend new space into existing space and took great care to offer suggestions on updating the styling into timeless appeal. He worked closely with us in the custom design of the kitchen and several bathrooms. I would recommend him to anybody seeking a keen approach and quick and courteous customer service.

Peter listened to my requirements and provided a solution that exceeded my expectations. Remodeling a vintage building from the 1920s presented some unanticipated challenges as the work progressed. However, Peter and his team were continually in contact to assist and resolve the issues I faced. The communication was excellent throughout the project, from concept to permitting to final checks that the work was performed correctly. Now that it's finished, I continually to get rave reviews of my finished kitchen and new family room. The project significantly increased the livability and value of my property.

We hired Peter Drier and his firm in 2004 to design and oversee a gut rehab of our 5,000 square foot office building. Peter and his team designed our new office space and got our plans approved by the City. Our project was complex in nature as we required not only a new floor plan but all new above and below ground mechanicals. I thought Idea guided the project well from start to finish.

I have known Peter Dreier for almost twenty years. He was a young architect when I meet him. As a realtor then (and now) he asked me to find a building that he could rehab. The home that he created was amazing and modern. When the home was completed I represented Peter in the sale ($664,500) of it. From then on I became a fan of modern architecture and appreciative of the creative and functional modern homes that Peter and others designed. I also hired Peter to design a lower level in my house. The space worked out perfectly. I highly recommend Peter as a designer who listens to his clients' objectives and then produces the desired results by adding his creative touches to the product.
