Renovation Artistry

We have worked with Renovation Artistry on a wide range of renovation projects over the past 20 years. The major projects include a complete kitchen remodel, remodeling all the bathrooms in our house, adding a new large Ipe deck, and building a new workshop for our hobbies. Renovation Artistry has also done smaller projects with the same skill and care of the larger more complex projects. Daniel has replaced windows, installed new skylights, and added built-in cabinets and crown molding in our living room and office space. Regardless of the scale or cost of the renovation projects, Daniel is the consummate professional. He is diligent, thoughtful, and a true craftsman. The final results of Daniel's work has always exceeded our expectations.

We just finished a 5 1/2 month remodeling project with Renovation Artistry which involved first adding a bathroom and laundry room to our unfinished basement, followed by a major main floor renovation to our kitchen and the addition of a mudroom, dining room, master bath and expanded master bedroom. The project was on time, on budget and it could not have been a better experience. Daniel was organized, skilled, and extremely thoughtful, not only in recommending modifications to the original plan (which saved time and money) but also in his responses to questions and/or changes along the way. He and his team went out of their way to be courteous, tidy and respectful of our space, and we truly enjoyed watching the transformation of our home from start to finish. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Daniel again for any future projects and have already recommended him to friends and neighbors.

I am a perfectionist and demand great value and service for my dollar. Dan knocked it out of the park on our kitchen remodel on both accounts. The before and after pictures do not look like the same house. Our realtor came over after the work was done and commented that he believes we've added double in equity what we put into the work. We are already planning the next piece of work we will have Dan do for us. At this point we would refuse to use anyone else. I trust Dan will do exceptional work at a fair price.

Dan has done several projects for us over the years, and I have referred him to several of my friends. All of us have been happy. Dan is a wonderful guy to work with- does what he says he will do, does it on time , does it with beautiful attention to detail and is fair and thoughtful with his clients. And his subs think very highly of him, and will bend over backwards 'for Dan' which makes the entire experience better. He has done kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and miscellaneous other work with us. We would not have hired him repeatedly if our experience had not been very positive.

I have worked with Dan on multiple projects and highly recommend his work. He is excellent in all aspects of renovation and construction. He provides a high level of detail and innovation to projects and does it as a matter of standards.
