Renolancer Painting services

Sharing this as a warning to all who are looking to paint their homes... In December we engaged the services of Renolancer Painting services for our home. 80% of the painting was completed during their first visit. Only the balcony, living room and dining room were not completely painted hence they did not post up any photos of those rooms on their page. They came on 24th December to do the touch up and low and behold, the wrong paint tone was brought. Highlighted this to their Managing Director, Mr Brian Chew, and after the 3rd time we brought it up, he finally admitted that the wrong tone was purchased for the touch up. First two occasions that we made it known to him, he said the paint wasn't dry and the lighting in our house caused the paint to be a different colour. This is of course bullshit. On the 31st of December, the painters came, this time with the correct tone. I had already informed that my furnitures were in and they had to cover up my leather sofa and other furnitures when painting. This was not done and as a result, there were paint splatters on the floor and on my leather sofa set. On this occasion, Brian Chew had only sent one painter to complete the job and not only was he not equipped with enough brushes, he did a rush job and left when I told him to clear up the paint splatter left on the floors and wall tiles. To our dismay to Brian who mentioned that he will provide a refund of $150 but after countless reminders, he blocked my wife on Facebook and has blocked me on WhatsApp. This is a fine example of a contractor that does not honour his word. In all, SGD 1600 was fully paid for their painting services even when the painting was only 80% complete and both my wife and I noted the change in attitude when communicating with Brian Chew (Managing Director of Renolancer Painting Services) after the full payment was made. The final result of the painting was not satisfactory. The amount of the promised refund was definitely not enough to compensate the cleaning of the paint off our furnitures and floors but even that was not refunded to us as promised. Needless to say this experience engaging Brian Chew and Renolancer was definitely an unhappy experience. To Renolancer and Mr Brian Chew, my wife and I wish you and your company all the best.

I hired this company to do paintng to my house. They at the end left the house in a mess. They spoilt my light fixture and some touch up need to be done. After making several promises to come down to fix the issue they did not turn up and even did not inform that they will not be coming. they just didnt turn up.
