Larry A and Ben H came out today to install our door. They were friendly courteous and engaging. They did what he needed to do to install it properly and while doing so took the time to explain what was going on. The work was outstanding and they left everything clean and tidy. We are very glad we chose Renewal by Andersen.

We were very pleased with how Larry A Ben H and Hans D installed our windows. They were polite, and hard working. They got the 5 windows installed and done in one day they cleaned up the areas that they had been working in and besides being professional, they went above and beyond. Larry showed us all the features of our new windows at the end of the installation. Couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Larry A and Ben H were very efficient and professional in their installation! They did a amazing job at keeping the dust out of the house and a great cleanup too. It was everything that I wanted in an installation! I’m very pleased with my new door! When my wife got home she noticed a small chip of the door was missing on the bottom. I called the project manager Sarah to inform her of the situation and just as easily as that were getting a brand new door panel. Gotta love this warranty.

The entire process, from consultation, measuring, and installation, went extremely smoothly. Everyone was very courteous and communicated well and in a timely manner. The installers, Larry A and Ben H, worked very hard to get the job done, they are nice and kind people, asked if we had questions during the entire installation, and cleaned up their work are after they were done. The installation by the crew of Larry A Ben H and Dylan T went great. Windows appear to be all that was advertised. However its too soon to tell if they are performing as advertised. My ratings were based on the installation process. Only time will tell if the windows are as good as advertised as well as the warranty process. They apprear to be, but the installation was just completed last month

Wow! The installers, Lincoln and Dylan, were absolutely fantastic. They were professional and very knowledgeable as they competed the installation. The product proved itself immediately in moderating and maintaining set temperature without the furnace continuously firing to maintain the temperature in the house. Great job!

Everything was great.. Jeff R, Cody C, and Aspen D did an excellent job. It's been a week now and we have noticed how much warmer the house is.. no drafty windows and just how much quieter it is with the windows closed. The guys took extra precautions to keep the dust to a minimal and cleaned up and vacuumed any mess that was made.

I’ve worked with many home improvement businesses and contractors. Renewal by Andersen was the best experience I’ve had in 35 years. Every step of the process was a 5 star experience. The communication from ordering, project management and installation was stellar. The team of installers were flawless and superior. Larry T, the project leader was sensational. As were the rest of the team Anthony G., Johnny R., Jonny L., and Ali A.. They gave us the best white glove installation we’ve ever had. I would hire them again for any window installation. We had a great installation team with Anthony, Tristan and Cody. They were so conscientious and worked so hard removing our old windows in our 1932 home. Old windows were vinyl and old installation was very tight and difficult to remove. They worked in snow, rain and cold and were so cheerful and professional and it was obvious they take pride in their work. We love our new windows! We just had our entire house redone, 18 windows and 2 slider doors. Vince Chavez, Jason Coyle, Nicolas Shupe III, and Jeff Walmsey were the ultimate dream team. From the moment they showed up to the moment they left, this team was nothing short of amazing. From their hard work, exceptional craftsmanship, constant humor and positive attitudes, this team excelled at their job. Vince took the time to go over each window with us and all of our paper work so we had no questions when they left. We love our windows and sliders. It was a great experience from start to finish. Renewal by Andersen is a class act. From sitting down with Curt Taylor, to the project manager Elisa, we can't say anything but good things. But then it comes to the day before installation and Larry checking in to let us know his arrival time. So we would know that we are on schedule and can feel assured. What we couldn't know is how wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and attention to detail Benjamin H Larry A and Rylan M would be. Give those boys a raise! Larry contacted us each morning to let us know they were on their way, they were respectful, encouraged our questions, worked diligently only stopping for lunch. I can't say enough about those 3 men. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. Yes they were making a racket and tearing the place up but they cleaned up meticulously each evening and were just so respectful of the property. We are overjoyed with the finished project.

Second house we have installed Renewal by Anderson windows. We purchased this home in October and had Lee out within two weeks to get our window order started. Our windows were built to fit exactly into the spot the original windows had been. So happy we did this as our fixer home that we purchased in October now feels like a nice warm, quiet comfortable home. Our installers Sam W, Colby E, Luis G and Andre D made sure we were fully updated on when they would arrive, what would be done each day. We had zero stress and that includes our fur babies that were thought of by Sam W for each day of our install. Full home in 6 days. I am overjoyed with our windows.

They called ahead with an eta and when it was time to install they did so efficiently and timely not stopping only for lunch. Couldnt be happier with the finish results. Its difficult to review at this time. I ordered eight window replaments and while I understand it takes months to get them, on the day of install, which includes my time to remove blinds, shutters and curtains as well as alarm contacts and clearing away furniture, painting, tying back trees, etc, two of the eight windows were damaged. This is a 25% failure rate. I know that Andersen factory is mostly to blame, but Renewal has to accept some of the blame as well. The two installers Larry A and Ben H were fast, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with and are the only reason im giving 5 stars and when the replacement windows get installed on February 16th, I hope you send them out to complete the job. I also have to admit I was a little annoyed that no one from renewal called me after install, I had to call you. That said, when I called two days after the install, Katie Bell was professional and helpful. The windows that i do have that were installed are fantastic and the house is much warmer and quieter.

Quality: Anderson Windows are of the the highest quality; the glass is so clear it's as there is no glass and the frames/seals are first rated. Value: In maintaining a property especially one in a remote location it pays to have the best material. That said the best materials require proper installation. Saw enough commercials to know what i was getting into, happy with what i got too. I will say that Renewal relies on the fact that everyone lives for emails and texts which i dont like. Larry would call every day with an ETA on what time they would be arriving. This was very helpful in planning the day. After a long two days of rain or shine they even gave us a walkthrough at the very end and showed us how to operate and clean them. I had very good communication with every i talked to at Renewal by Andersen definitely a good company to work with.

Randy Sprayberry was great and pleasant when he was measuring the windows. Lee was very detailed in going through all the phases of the window installation. The representatives for this company have been fantastic.

Installers Jeff, Ben and Luigi were amazing! So fast, friendly and the work looks perfect. They even left the work areas cleaner than they found them! (Price is way more than what i’ve seen online as the going rate…rated 5 because it worked for our situation but does seem pricey)

My installers were awesome! Larry A and Ben H were very social with me. They cleaned up very well with their own vacuum cleaner and were one time minus my tardyness and they didnt leave anything behind but my new beautiful window and door. They also took the time to do a thorough walkthrough of what was done.

I am reviewing the person who did the measuring for the window. Randy Sprayberry was respectful and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain the process and gave me a tentative timeline for when the window will be installed. Only time will tell if the window fits correctly. The tentative time frame for the window install will likely be in the spring (April or May).

It was a cold/clear day (24 degrees out that morning) when our installation of our 4 new windows was performed. Sam W. and Colby E. arrived at the time they said they would and got right to work. We had a great experience with them and Sam W. and Colby E. also got to enjoy an experience with us as we have a field where local elk like to hang out right across the road and the elk showed themselves all day, which I think was a real treat for Sam W. and Colby E. Our windows are outstanding!! Being it was such a cold day on our install I was AMAZED at how much warmer that room was after the install. Very happy with RbA of Lakewood. In an era of quick and dirty it is nice to find a group that values quality and service. Yes, it is more expensive but worth spending the money up front for a quality job that should last a very long time. Our install crew (Larry A and Ben H) replaced 5 windows and were neat, efficient, courteous and obviously expert craftsmen at what they do. Our project consultant (Sarah H) kept us in the loop as things progressed from initial measurements to final install. 10s all around I highly recommend RbA and would happily use their service again.

Tech measure Chad Abernathy, Installers, Antonio Hurtado, and Robert Henson, were all a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism was on display from the moment of their, on time arrival, to the end of each day. Chad accurately measured for the installation which with a, many times remodeled 1960 year built house, was no easy task. Antonio and Robert installed and framed each window beautifully. Again no easy task to match trims from this old house. All in all and excellent experience with The Renewal By Anderson team, that earns my recommendation to anyone planning on replacing old windows with a quality product.

Installers worked great as a team and the two extra guys helped move this project along in record time, even when I changed my mind...once or twice. Tarps were used everywhere so outside you can't tell any work was even done. Inside, they covered the floors with tarps and runners and even covered up furniture and countertops! Always nice to hear the lead say thank you to his team when they are asked to do those 'necessary, but not really fun' tasks as well! They were all very open to listening to any feedback I had and was ready to address any issues.

Renewal by Andersen put in four doors and installed more than 15 windows this weekend. Specifically, double-hung windows, casement windows, gliding and picture windows. The installers were Mark Svenson and Coltin Giles. Both did a terrific job, they were very efficient and clean with their work. They also cleaned up afterwards. Both were very professional. Renewal and Andersen should be very proud of the work they do. As a customer, I am very pleased. In fact, I will be contracting with Renewal by Andersen in a few months to install another door and 5 more casement windows. I will ask that the work be performed by Mark Svenson & Coltin Giles again. Additionally, a year later I had a large sliding glass door and two large windows added to the house. All were, again, Andersen. We are still pleased with the results. Additional Comments: A couple years later, I asked Renewal by Andersen to come out for two repairs: A cracked window and a sticky door jam. They scheduled a response immediately and, as soon as the replacement window was prepared, their service tech drove out to my remote town. The employee, Rick Torres, provided text mssgs as to his E.T.A. and, sure enough, he arrived on time and was ready to work. Mr. Torres had all the necessary tools and covered his feet before entering. He worked efficiently and professionally and had a great attitude. He identified areas that could be improved beyond what I had observed earlier. He made the current repairs and I look forward to him returning to work on the additional areas, the framing that he feels could be improved.

We just started phase III of our window replacing projects with Renewal by Andersen. Every person we've worked with has been professional, responsive, and fun. Design consultant Liz Millici offered helpful advice for our slider door/panel project. Chad Abernathey followed up with measuring the spaces and answering all of our questions - even questions we had regarding a previously replaced window we were having issues with. He made phone calls with the appropriate people and assured us Andersen would take care of the issue. From the initial phone call to installation on all our projects, the Andersen team is great to work with.

Vince C. and his team, Chase K./Kaden B./Adam R. were very professional. This was a large project and they showed obvious care about their work and about our home. They went the extra mile to make sure that things around the house were kept safe and clean during the work process. And the quality of the work was amazing! I am not only happy/in love with the new windows, but they made the window siding look beautiful too. It was a financial investment to have all our windows replaced. They made me feel like it was well worth the cost.

Completed the Technical Measure part of the project and it was great. Randy Sprayberry contacted ahead to let us know that he was on the way. While getting measurements and pictures, Randy answered questions and reviewed the options available (along with recommendations) for trim and other aspects of the window replacement project. He explained everything and also found some savings in the original estimate made during the project initiation which shaved off some of the original project cost. Looking forward to the installation phase now and believe it will be as smooth as the previous steps have been.
