Reliant Construction Corporation is longtime Tidewater Builder Terry Neal’s new corporation to build quality, affordable single family homes in the Tidewater area. Terry has been building in Tidewater since 1981 and has built a reputation for building quality affordable housing that creates happy satisfied homeowners. His homes are well known for their large rooms and ample storage. Joining Terry at Reliant are his son, Gregory Neal, and two daughters, Angela Walters and Kimberly Mallory. A new generation will carry on the same philosophy and tradition of building quality, stylish homes at affordable prices that has produced many happy satisfied homeowners over the many years that Terry has been building.
