Excellent customer service is sometimes hard to find but not with this company. As example over 9 years ago we had Reliable redo our entire kitchen. It turned out beautiful. The design is timeless. A small problem developed when a seam in the granite counter started to weaken. The company has a 7yr warranty so wasn’t sure if they would help me, but called anyway. Yes they did, talked to Beth who gave me resources that would help. Sure enough.. called them and because I had Reliable as backup reference…they were more than willing to schedule repair. Not always the case on small repair jobs.

Very slow to start and complete my small master bathroom project. Took 1 1/2 years to start project and it still is not done. Also Reliable Home Improvement does NOT live up to what they promised us and the cost is way too expensive. I'm sorry to have ever put my trust and money into this company and would warn anyone to stay away from Reliable Home Improvement of Naperville.

This company provided a five star experience in home upgrades for us back in 2009. We decided to upgrade our existing home rather than moving back then. After vetting 3 or 4 remodeling companies we chose RHI. Why? Because their architect drew up a plan that included every feature we had on our wish list. They were not the least expensive, but not the most, either. We expanded our family room and added a sunroom onto it as well as we added a 3rd bay to our garage. After 13 years we are still loving this space and have not had any issues or problems with the construction. The quality of the work was fabulous. They were always professional, easy to work with, and on time. Now we are planning a small upgrade to our kitchen, and were having difficulty sourcing fixtures that would work in our existing space. This is too small of a job for RHI, but still, since we were former customers, they generously sat with us to help us understand and find what will work for us. I would hire this company in a heartbeat if I have any more major remodeling to do.

Reliable did two major projects for us, our kitchen and our master bath and closet area. We were very pleased with the finished projects in both cases. Reliable assembled a team of experts to address each facet of the job, even giving us a devoted design consultant who helped us coordinate the overall look and found specialty tiles that look very distinctive in the master bath. Their staff were all very skilled, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Reliable home improvement has done a terrific job for us in our Master bathroom. They were on schedule and went above and beyond to get/find what we wanted. I shared some pictures of our bathroom because it’s been 9 months and we’re still thrilled with it.

Had our kitchen remodeled in 2014 and we were very pleased when it was completed. It exceeded our expectations. This was actually our second project with Reliable. They finished our basement back in 1996, which also exceeded our expectations and has been lived in regularly. Anyways, recently noticed some spots on our Cherry wood cabinets (Kitchen) and we were unable to remove them. I contacted Beth from Reliable to find out the Cabinet maker, Beth volunteered to make all the arrangements for a Service call for our cabinets. Upon completion of the Service call, all the spots were fixed as well as a cabinet hinge that happened to break the day before the Service call. All was completed at no-charge to us. We have always been Very Pleased working with the staff from Reliable, starting from Tony all the way through his entire organization.

I cannot say enough good things about reliable. Before during and after the work all superb. We got our master bath completely remodeled. Everyone at reliable from the staff in the office to our superintendent Mike C Ducato to all the craftsman were all so professional. I am a very critical and picky person and when I say I am impressed, that’s huge. I don’t give that compliment to anybody. They are very organized and stuck to the schedule almost to the day! Before they start they give u a schedule detailing exactly who will be doing what and when. I loved that. Helped my family and I big time. And we got the work done during the Covid and they went above and beyond to take precautions and be safe. And usually these companies are known for being ridiculously late on finishing the job but reliable finished right on time. They have that family run business feel. So they have a lot of more flexibility. And they went above and beyond the scope of the job and fixed stuff for me thet was outside of the scope of the work. Their main priority was my family and my happiness and satisfaction. I couldn’t be more happy with them and would recommend them 100%.

We totally remodeled all of our bathrooms in 2014 and based on recommendations Reliable was our first choice for a contractor. The quality and 'reliability' of their work was outstanding and we love our remodeled bathrooms! This past September the gentle close mechanism on one of the vanity drawers wasn't working. I called Beth at Reliable and she couldn't have been nicer. We were expecting to pay for repair but they sent out Ted from Romar, free of charge. Ted was professional, courteous, wore a mask and fixed the drawer in 5 minutes. Who would have thought that 6 years later they would make the repair at their expense. Great customer service and quality!

Reliable did our bathroom remodel several years ago. One of the soft close on a drawer in the vanity broke and I called Reliable to figure out how I could get replacement parts. Beth said she could coordinate it for me and then called back and said they would take care of everything including cost and installation. So glad we picked a company that not only did a great job on the bathrooms but also continued to do a great job past the initial installation.

We had Reliable do a complete kitchen remodel in October of 2014. For us, it was an extensive project; removing walls, adding walls and adding additional cabinet space. The entire process was on time and met the budget we were given at the beginning, no surprises. This was great but even better is the after sales support we receive. We have had a couple of minor issues with the flooring & cabinetry. Every time we called, Reliable sent a service tech to our home to address the issue. The last time was 9/26/17, almost a full 3 years after the job was done. The tech came, resolved the issue and was gone in 15 minutes. No charge for this service. We have been very happy with our choice to go with Reliable and would do it again.

2 years ago my wife and I decided to add an addition to our house, building over the garage. I vetted 3 companies for this project based on both price, design, and ability deliver ontime and on budget. Most estimate were considerably larger than we expected for the amount of space we were adding. Reliable was the only one that helped make some suggestions to simplify the project, which reduce3d the cost into our budget. They helped us every step of the way and completed the project within a few days of the original target - which in the construction world is almost never heard of. 2 years later, we had a window get a crack in it. Called Reliable - they called Pella and a new window was installed quickly. I would recommend them to anyone!

We used Reliable to remodel our home about 8 years ago and had a great experience. Recently, I had a water leak that I thought was coming from the master bathroom that Reliable had done for us. When I called them for help, Reliable sent someone from their office to check it out -literally within 30 minutes of my placing the call. They arranged for a plumber to come assess the problem that afternoon! It turns out the problem was NOT from the remodel, but from an old shower in another bathroom. I could not be more impressed by the customer service and quality of work done by Reliable!

When we were ready to do a major renovation of our master bed/bath/closet, we wanted to be creative with the space, knew we needed professionals who could guide us, and yet we had some ideas of our own! We met with and got quotes from 3 large companies in Naperville. We ultimately decided to use Reliable Home Improvement for two reasons... 1) the promise of a timely, efficient process to get our home finished as quickly as possible, and 2) after seeing different ideas from each company, Reliable ultimately listened to the ideas we had and set out to make that a reality. We were so pleased that not only were they on time daily and on schedule for the project, but that the people doing the work were so outstanding. The tradespeople that Reliable employs are friendly, courteous and immensely talented! We love the finished product, and would look to Reliable again for our next major home improvement project!

We knew we wanted a kitchen remodel but weren't sure exactly what we wanted. Mike, the salesman/owner, came to our house for measurements & gave us some ideas we hadn't even thought about. We then met at their impressive showroom to go over the architectural designs & get some ideas on colors and options. The design coordinator was invaluable helping us coordinate cabinets, countertops and the backsplash. We were given a detailed timeline that was followed through to completion. We had existing wood floors we were concerned would be damaged during demolition of the old kitchen & construction of the new one but they did an excellent job of protection and sealing off the room so there was minimal dust to the rest of the house. We were very happy with Reliable Home Improvement and would defiantly use them for future projects. Theresa

Our new kitchen is just beautiful, everything I had imagined and more! The project was a complete gut of an old, worn and tired room and it included a new layout resulting in a much more efficient and inviting space . Reliable Home Improvement was the only company of those we contacted who said they could remove a wall between the kitchen and the dining room--a high priority on our wish list. The open space has transformed the first floor of the house and has made both rooms so much more welcoming. The staff at RHI listened to our ideas and wishes and worked with us to make them happen. Their response time both during and since the project has been exceptional; customer service is a valuable component of this company. RHI also gutted and re-designed our poorly laid out laundry room and they replaced the original tile in the entryway. Without reservation, I recommend RHI and would hire them again.

We had our master bath remodeled in2011. Tony, our salesman and one of the owners, agreed to a plain remodel. Replace exhisting shower with tile, replace stool and install a granite 10' countertop. The architect recommended a change in the shower and stool configuration. We agreed to all of her suggestions. The result is the best shower we have ever seen. It measures about 4' x 5'. We can wash and dry without scraping our elbows! We have had a few minor problems-running stool- and the company has stood behind their warranty cheerfully every time. Reliable has the best warranty we have experienced. Our superintendent, plumber and electrician were all awesome. They took great care in protecting our home from dust and debris. We are very pleased with Reliable.
