Reitz Builders are so wonderful to work with. They always keep you apprised of appoint adjustments and send you reminders when they are on their way. If there is any issue they are on it right away and make sure you are satisfied. Two of the most important things to me are a clean work site and showing up on time. They are great at both of those and do outstanding work even on my small jobs. Thanks to Jay and the team.

We have now used Jay's firm, Reitz Builders, twice. He and his team exceeded our expectations both times, first in designing and installing custom metalwork in our Route 66 bar, then completely renovating our front entrance portico. His work site is always spotless, which means a lot if you are constructing during normal business hours. One day, I hope to get him into my home, and watch him work his magic there too! A total professional.

Hiring Jay and his crew honestly feels like hiring close, trusted family. He operates out of an abundance of good faith, and I mean that phrase in more than one way. Jay's work is of the highest quality, and he'll only sub contract with experienced pros. To be honest, I'm sure I could have gotten my kitchen remodel done more cheaply. But in this line of work, you get what you pay for, and the peace of mind that came with watching his crew attend to every detail comes with great value. This project took a long time, but that's because Jay is in high demand, and also because he was flexible with US, as we were on an extended payment schedule.

Reitz Restoration was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for someone to do some repair and remodel work on my house. I couldn't have made a better choice in choosing Reitz Restoration. He and his company do good work and the work was done in the timeline he gave. He communicated clearly with me what those issues were and what the added costs would be for those issues. That being said, aside the added costs for unexpected issues, Jay kept to the budget specified in the contract we signed. Jay has a very good understanding and knowledge of the construction process. The work is very high quality and it is obvious doing good work is important to Jay. They kept a clean work site which is a biggy when you live in an HOA community.
