Lucille did an amazing job transforming our condo unit in Rehoboth. It was in terrible shape and needed to be gutted entirely. She helped us with contractors, adding a second full bathroom, updating and modernizing our kitchen and using every square foot to the best possible use for a home away from home for us and an amazing rental property for our investment. We have been able to rent every week we want to and have consistently raised the rent each year modestly to accommodate for inflation. Our clients rave about the place and how lovely it is. Lucille did a great job of choosing the colors for the interior of my newly built home from start to finish! We hired her for a color consultation and she was very prompt in scheduling an appointment as well as delivering samples of the colors so I could get the sale price on paints at Sherwin Williams The whole process only took about a week and she explained her choices well.
