We have worked with Regency Builders for more than 15 years. They build the highest quality homes with the finest materials. Excellent customer service. Very demanding but fair, highly competent, they always have the homeowners interest at heart.

Regency Homes built our custom home for us and did a beautiful job! From start to finish - lot selection, plans and drawings, specs, selections assistance and all the finishing touches - they were superb and always very responsive. They handle scheduling and managing the quality of the subs unbelievably well. Because of Regency's high-end, quality reputation, their subs know what is expected of them and they deliver. Their attention to detail and insistence on perfection and quality earns them their well-deserved standing as a premier home builder. We would highly recommend them to anyone who values quality and service.

Our dream house felt like "home" immediately. Regency's expeditors and subcontractors are superior. Our home was fairly priced and all materials were quality. The two-year guarantee is further comfort. What does it mean that many strangers have come up to our house to tell us it is beautiful?!

Contracted with Regency to build an addition to our house. The addition included an attached garage, bonus room above the garage and a media room below the garage. This is the second time that I used them for a remodel and both times the experience was the same. Very focused, high quality, and customer service centric.

コメント：Cabinets and floorsThe wood floor is a Clear Brazilian Cherry. Unfortunately, because it was a custom stain for both cabinets & floor, I do not have the specific color. Thank you for your interest.
