We chose Reef Builders to expand and renovate a kitchen, and to add an attached garage, primary bedroom suite, and office to our 1835 farmhouse in Orleans. We are grateful for that decision every day! From the moment the planning/design stage began, through the lengthy process of specification, demolition, framing, building, and finishing, Jim, Matt, Ken, Johanna, Adrian and everyone who worked on the project were always available (and extremely responsive) to answer our questions and to deal with the inevitable issues that come up during a large project like ours. My husband and I were a part of the team from the beginning (I am an Interior Designer) and we thoroughly enjoyed the collaborative process. I would recommend Reef, the Cape Cod Builder to anyone looking for a great design-build firm on the Cape!

Matt and Jim are outstanding professionals, and we would hire them again without hesitation. Our project was a tear down and custom home build that was completed in July 2016. From the start, Jim understood our priorities, listened to our many ideas, and designed our perfect home. The build quality is top notch, and each and every person on site was professional, courteous, and neat. And, what better proof of their commitment to excellence and efficiency - they delivered our custom home 2 weeks early and 2% under their quote after 20 change orders! And, they have stood by their workmanship without question. You can see photos on their website. The project is called "Brewster Waterfront Custom".

This was our 2nd experience with Reef and they were outstanding once again. From the initial meeting at the raw lot, to the delivery day (and beyond), the entire team has exceeded every expectation. Their work is meticulous and the support provided by Matt, Jim, Jessica and the rest of the team, made the entire process an abosolute joy. They truly cared about the final product and our level of happiness throughout. We would give them our highest recommendation!

If there were more stars to give, we'd give them! REEF, Cape Cod's Home Builder, was the most professional builder to work with. It quickly became evident, even after just one meeting, that communication within the company, and with customers, is superb. They are all on the same page - every day. Every time we called or requested a meeting, we felt like we were the only customers they had. We knew that they have multiple construction projects going on at the same time, but always felt like the construction of our home was the most important one to them. The workmanship is top-notch; the process was smooth; and the advance thinking put into our home by REEF eliminated the need for corrections and fixes later on. Any issues - there were only a few minor ones - were quickly and professionally resolved. Our home was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. REEF made the scary construction process fun!

Dream big! Your dreams will be met if you choose Reef Cape Cod Home Builders. I know this to be true. My husband and I had big dreams, for 6 years. We summered on Cape Cod for over 40 years and always asked ourselves why we were crossing the bridge in the fall? We drew up our dream house and met with 3 builders. I guess it's true what they way about the third time being a "charm". It took us one visit with Reef to know they were our dream builders. They helped us every step of the way. We toured homes under construction as well as finished homes. We met with their professional and creative staff many times and brought our dream to fruition. We can't say enough good things about Reef Builders. We have the home of our dreams... and we have them to thank. REEF was the best choice for building our home. From the first day until completion, our experience with REEF was first class. The REEF team is so talented at what they do. The process they employ from design to build is perfect. The attention to the smallest detail was remarkable. I could never imagine building our dream house over 1,000 miles away with anyone else.

The REEF team was excellent to work with. This is the third home we have built and the first time working with REEF. It was by far the best customer experience. We established a budget up front and stayed within it with no surprises. They were very responsive to our questions and needs. Design experience was awesome....creative and innovative...listened to what we wanted and translated into a great plan. Project came in on budget too! The home itself is beautiful with the highest quality. Friendly and rapid I've team. No recommend to anyone looking for Yhe best customer experience and high quality home.

The whole team at Reef was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! This is a professional group and one I do not hesitate to recommend. We designed and built a home that had many challenges to bring to completion: historic district guidelines, zoning challenges, wetlands and strict building codes. The design process alone went through multiple changes and Reef was there for us at every turn. And, the actual build couldn't have gone more smoothly. Every one should be so lucky to build a home with this team! Jim, Jessica, Matt, Chuck and all the staff are standouts in their profession.

From the very start reef was excellent to work with. From the design stage to move in ready everything that was promised was delivered, on time, excellent workmanship and on budget. REEF exceeded all our expectations and hopes. Great work, captured all our inputs and accommodated all our changes along the way. Home was designed and built while we lived overseas; work done while we were mostly off-site but we never had any concerns about being absent. Finished on time and on budget. Near daily communications via phone, email, and GoToMeeting on every aspect of construction and design. Answered our inquiries even on weekends and after hours. Fully responsive to all our requests and modifications. Quality of work is noteworthy at all stages of construction. REEF's management and architect enhanced the experience through constant attention to detail and contact with us. The entire REEF team never let us down and was thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. We highly recommend REEF as a premier custom homebuilder.

コメント：can you share the type of shake? I love it!Hi - this home has natural white cedar siding shingles showing about 1 year of weathering. There is no stain on the siding. This is what the house looks like today after 10 years of weathering
