David Humphries and the team at Reece Heidelberg (Melbourne) were great to work with. In store, the team were really friendly (especially Rachel Jade) and happy to spend time talking through product. David and Rachel in particular were really fast at getting back to me when I had any questions about our order (always responded within a day, which was great - by phone and email). Recommend either asking the lead time or allowing a minimum 4-8 weeks for your order if for example, the finish you are after is not standard - that way you are allowing adequate time for your order to be filled.
