I had the pleasure to work with Steve and Pat on numerous commercial construction projects over the years. Our work was often in occupied office buildings with medical tenants. This team's attention to detail regarding site cleanliness, organization, care and sensitivity to medical patients was second to none. Our projects also involved specialized and complicated medical equipment that required intricate coordination and problem-solving skills with multiple trades to be successful. Pat and Steve demonstrated professional, honest, and open lines of communication that made this interaction with their subs, my vendors, and their client (me) seamless. Their fastidious daily oversight and high level of craftsmanship meant punchlist and warranty call back items were few; and if an issue did arise after completion, they were laser focused on a swift resolution that limited its impact on my operations as much as possible. Going above and beyond to make it right is simply how they do business, Steve and Pat have always produced for me detailed, accurate, well-thought out budgets and schedules that meant that the job would be completed when they said it would; and for the price they quoted. I have been, and will continue to be, a repeat customer.

5000 sq ft dental office! Although this is not a house it had many of the things considered in a house- 2 bathrooms, break room, lots of plumbing, lighting, electrical, heat, AC, flooring etc. It was an existing building but the walls were concrete when we started. The best part was their attention to detail. During construction we met with them every week on a conference call with Pat, Dean & Steve and the architect. So we always knew where we were at in the process. Steve is the guru on organization! With all the paperwork he kept everything straight. They were upfront with us on timing and kept everyone on task. Dean was always on site first and last to leave. If there was ever a problem or question we knew they would address it immediately.
