From move out and staging my home and a contract in five days to move in to my new home…Redefine Design had everything under control. I am home! Redefine Design placed my furniture, pictures, etc They were instrumental in selection of my new light fixtures, window coverings, new carpet and bar stools and bed accessories. Backsplash was also their selection and it will look awesome. Job well done!

Sherri knows interior Design, she helped me to get out of my comfort zone and into a more modern mindset with the upgrading of the bathrooms in my house. The items she suggested and samples brought to me made it easy to identify how the projects might look when completed. The folks that Sherri sent to do tiling, painting, removal and plumbing were are amazing , pleasant and clearly professionals in their field. I am very happy and will use Sherri again.

Sherri transformed our front porch! We just gave her the basics and she took care of everything. Now I sit out there every morning for my coffee time.

Sherri brings her magic to any space! With her expertise, she was able to reimagine a very small kitchen. Sherri opened the kitchen by removing an unneeded countertop. She updated the lighting, brought in gorgeous quartz countertops, beautiful glass and ceramic tiles for the backsplash areas, and selected a soothing paint color that transformed the space! And Sherri did it all within our budget. She was hands on and made sure everything ran smoothly. We could not be more in love with the results!

I have engaged Refine Design four times over the last 15 years for different projects, both inside and outside. Projects have included furniture and accessory selection, wall color selection. Five stars for Sherri, she has helped us sell two houses and decorate three. On one sale, she did a full "staging" that completely transformed and refreshed the look of the 30 year old house. The house sold to the first person who looked at it, and this was in 2015 before the crazy real estate market happened. On the second sale, she had already decorated the house for us, so there was very little to stage, but she still provided great input to get the house ready for the market. Again the house sold to the first looker. Sherri has "the eye" for design, she can look at any room and advise improvements that won't necessarily break the bank. I can't imagine buying or selling a house without getting Sherri's advice. We bought a condo in Florida and used Facetime to walk Sherri through it virtually so she could advise on some badly needed new flooring. We went with her choice without even thinking about it. The floors are now stunning, and the best part of the house. She's a real professional, and a pleasure to work with. Five stars, no question about it!

Sherri has it all! With creative and flexible design skills, and careful attentiveness to the customer's needs and expressed desires, Sherri is also very responsive and always prompt, pleasant, and personable (and patient!). Sherri was able to take an outdated room and our vague vision for it, and create a vibrant, updated space that is comfortable, warm, and inviting. Thanks to Sherri, our great room (living and dining area) is absolutely perfect for us now. We were so impressed with how Sherri addressed the challenge of an existing wall color that we loved, but that wasn't the easiest to work with. Then she was able to take what could have been an awkward piece of furniture (a large MCM display cabinet) and make it the striking focus of the living area, without dominating it. We would never have thought of her solution, but it was perfect! Whenever we were hesitant about a choice, Sherri would carefully but confidently guide us, until we were just as confident about and totally satisfied with the final decision. Sherri expertly guided us to furniture and fabric choices that we wouldn't have considered on our own, but that turned out to be Goldilocks-perfect for us ("just right!"). When we did have reservations about a couple of proposed design elements, Sherri was happy to work with us until we had exactly what we wanted. And the finishing touches she brought in at the end were a surprising delight. Another reassuring aspect of working with Sherri is that the contractors she brings in are so experienced and expert in their fields. From crafting modern Roman shades, to finding a leather hide in just the right color for reupholstering beloved dining room chairs, to solving the challenge of how to attractively cover an awkward window - together, she and her craftspeople carried it all out perfectly. It was so wonderful, knowing that Sherri would take care of everything - and do it well. We are now on to our next project with Sherri, renovating a powder room and a guest bathroom. As always, Sherri remains very responsive and fun to work with, using her top-notch design skills. These rooms are going to be amazing!

Sherri is just great! I contacted her long distance before I moved to Richmond and she helped me make this big transition in my life. With her advice I was able to figure out what furniture to move with me and what furniture to sell. She went to see my new condo with my realtor to give me her thoughts and impressions which were so helpful. I have made the move to a great condo with loads of light and Sherri has helped me through it all. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and has helped me pick out beautiful pieces to transform the space. She is very efficient and professional. I will work with her to spruce up my bathrooms. Sherri Flemmer is amazing! She took the time to really understand our style and turned it into a wonderful vision. She presented us with several options to redesign our guest bedroom and living room and was always there to gently guide us to keep moving. I think my favorite part of working with Sherri was her decisiveness. There are so many decisions to make when redecorating or remodeling and when I struggled with a decision she was there to give me confidence and guide me to a decision. She took care of all the details such as securing a painter, electrician and custom curtain production. She was in constant contact with us and I loved getting texts from her when she found something that would be a good accessory in our new space. My favorite part of the process was how she handled all the little details. Once we had all the major things done (furniture selection, bedding, curtains, window seat, paint, electrical, lighting) I came home from work and all the little touches were complete! She hung mirrors, paintings, purchased lamps and other accessories. Everything was absolutely perfect and more beautiful then I could have ever imagined..even better then the decorating shows on TV! Sherri is amazingly talented in creating beautiful spaces. In addition, she is a lovely person and I really enjoyed getting to know her. Give her a call. I promise...you will be soooo happy you did!
