RED Residential Design

After spending time with us to listen to our wants and then doing a site visit together, Adam developed a theme and design that we loved. As such, we proceeded after making what was just a few minor tweaks to the original design. Adam quite simply, was fantastic to work with and designed what we believe to be a perfect home for us.

Adam was great to work with. We gave him a number of photos showing a general "look" we wanted for our home. From that, he came up with a custom design that captured everything we wanted. He was willing to make any and all changes we thought would work better for our interior layout. He was patient with us as we considered the overall plan. He was highly efficient in terms of getting us responses and the plan we ultimately used to build our new home.

Adam did an absolutely incredible job with the design of my house. We started with a basic design, but he spent a lot of time making sure it worked with the lot I was building on, an especially challenging task since the lot is an odd shape. He also listened and took notes well, since he totally understood that I wanted to maximize the view from the back of the house. He made unique spaces for my art, while also making space for my hobbies and entertaining guests. I absolutely love my house and wouldn't change a thing.
