Highly recommend!!! We had a complete house remodel, including changing the footprints of the bathrooms to create a more grand master bath. Randy, Calan, Dennis, Jenny, and Kelly were nothing short of amazing. They are very professional, have great work ethic, and make the job seamless. They took care of concerns we had and made everything perfect. Their trades and work is TOP NOTCH. Their tradesman were very professional and timely. Would not hesitate to hire them again for our future projects.

After surviving Hurricane Harvey and having such a hard negative experience in the rebuild I was trepidatious to say the least. I had repairs done and my whole upstairs painted top to bottom. I can not express what a true appreciation for all involved with superior Renovations. They are what everyone should aspire to be like. On time, clean, polite and professional. Randy, Calan and the team at Superior Home Renovations designed and built a custom outdoor kitchen/entertainment area as well as a home theatre for me. They did an amazing job, completed the project on time and I couldn't be happier with the results. I wouldn't use anyone else.

As part of our roof repair, we had SHR repair and paint our ceilings that were water damaged. While not a major renovation, they were quite accommodating, responsive and price competitive. The quality of their work was outstanding. Although this was our first time being a client of SHR, we will definitely consider them for future projects.

Hands down the best renovation experience possible. After several years in our home it was time for some upgrades and a fresh look. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but we weren’t sure where to start or what our options were. Randy took the time to listen to our ideas and with the assistance of his design team we came up with an incredible plan. In the end we put in new flooring and paint for most of the downstairs, new kitchen cabinet color, backsplash, sink and hardware and new tile around the fireplace, among other things. Randy gave us a fair and detailed quote which we used as a starting off point. He even went the extra mile to bring in new vendors so we could have the flooring we wanted. Calan managed the team with brilliance to make sure we were always moving forward and happy with the work that was done. No detail was too small and I greatly appreciated that. Constant open communication assured us that we were a priority and that our questions and ideas were being heard. We were so happy with what we were seeing we even added a few extra projects along the way. If anything needed to be changed or adjusted we knew Calan was on it. She would be at our door within hours to discuss ideas or review new products. The work was completed timely and within the estimate. I have no doubt in my mind that Randy, Calan and their whole team are the most experienced, talented and trustworthy individuals in this field you will find. If we ever decide to do any future work to our home they will be the first people we call.

We had Superior renovate our master bathroom this summer. We previously had our kitchen renovated by another, much larger company. In comparing the two companies, Superior is really head and shoulders above the others. If you have a project that you want done at a fair price, with high quality on a reasonable schedule, I highly recommend Superior. Quote Process: -Superior was able to come out quickly -They included everything I asked for in the quote (this is a big deal-- I got lower quotes from 2 other companies and it turns out they "forgot" to include key elements of what I asked for. This makes their quote look lower which ultimately isn't the case) -The pricing was competitive and easy to understand. Any change requests that caused a change in pricing were discussed before anything was updated Customer Service: -Superior is a small company so you're usually dealing directly with one of the owners. This is huge since I found with my other company that it can be really annoying and a time suck to have to deal with 2 or 3 middle men. -The owners came out to check on our project at least once a week if not more. It was super obvious that they cared about us being happy with the end result. Sub-contractors: -They use quality subs and have a pretty good handle on them. This is super critical-- other companies use the cheapest subs they can find. -They manage their subs-- they give clear direction and don't expect the home owner to provide this on their behalf. Quality: -They care about the quality. The tile we picked turned out to be really tricky to install and took a lot longer than anyone anticipated. They made sure it was done right and it turned out looking amazing. -They weren't happy with some finish work that was done by the plumber so had it fixed with out my even asking (I don't know that I would have even noticed it because it was behind the bathtub). Timeline: -They stuck pretty close to the timeline that we agreed on and actually completed all elements of the project with out my having to follow up. This is huge.... our kitchen renovation from more than 18 months ago still has outstanding punch list items that the large contractor hasn't closed.

We recently had our kitchen remodeld by Superior Home Renovations. The workmanship was very high quality. All the people that did the work were so friendly and did a great job. Communication with them was excellent. We were lucky that no surpirses came up and were able to stay on budget with our estimate, which was very competitive, actually better than the other quotes we received. We had a hard time trying to decide which paint colors to use and they were really patient and helpful in our final decision, which turned out perfectly. Randy and Calan are awesome people and it was truly a pleasure to have had the opportunity to have them come into our home and transform our kitchen into a beautiful place to spend time in. I just want to give a sincere thank you to everyone with the Superior Homes Renovations team.

Recently the Superior Home Renovations crew completed a remodel of an upstairs guest bathroom. The quality of the craftmanship was meticulous and beautifully executed. Even though this was not a huge remodel we were treated as their #1 priority from start to finish. Everyone who worked on the project was professional, courteous, timely, friendly and had extremely talented skill sets. It was obvious all took pride in their work and the goal of our complete satisfaction.
