The doors and installation are great. My only complaint is the WIFI in my home is not strong enough to use the camera from my iphone. Also the Garage doors can't be linked to my autos because they are older than 2017s. I wish I had known that before agreeing to the new units.

We really enjoyed using Raynor Door Company! The employees we worked with were very kind and the work they did on our garage was excellent. They door is very quiet, great technology, and the fact that they have 24 hour service available is wonderful. We highly recommend Raynor and we plan to continue to use them in the future.

Bought new garage doors from Raynor and a new opener. Excellent service from start to finish from estimate to the final installation. Raynor has serviced out garage door and motors for years. When it finally came time to replace the doors--they were old when we moved into this 110 year old house 35 years ago--Raynor was the obvious choice. They took careful measurements, listened to our need for doors that allowed us to get an SUV, and delivered the finished product the week it had been promised. The installation crew arrived promptly, let me know what would be done, got everything installed and working in just one day. They even included an extra thick bumper guard on one of the doors because the floor was uneven. That was a pleasant surprise, since we hadn't mentioned that as a need. Our experience with Raynor was exceptional. From picking out the type and color of door to installation, the process was seamless. The installers, Emilio and Carl were very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the garage door. It modernized the look of our house tremendously. Highly recommend Raynor !!!

Karl did a great job installing our new garage door system including the door itself, ceiling thing, door panel, outdoor key pad and programming 2 new remotes. The new Raynor door... belt driven, not chain driven... is very quiet. From inside our home, even just inside, you cannot hear it. From inside the garage there's just a soft whirrr. Because Karl (Carl sp?) was up and down a step ladder installing it, he put a small bolt in his pocket. After he got home, he drove back in his car (instead of the Raynor truck) and said he couldn't sleep knowing he had that part. He knew exactly where it was to go and put the bolt into place. He made that return trip even though the garage door worked okay when he left. That's INTEGRITY! I very highly recommend Raynor Door Company in Wilmette IL and Karl, the installer. Very professional, knowledgeable & curtious.

Wood doors were absolutely beautiful. Extremely professional installation. The timeline took longer than estimated, but everyone’s in that boat right down.

Our new Raynor garage door was installed on November 1. It replaced the house's original Raynor door, which was about 60 years old. We are very pleased. Carl, the installer, did a very good job. We would recommend Raynor without hesitation.

I have been a Raynor customer since I bought my house 34 years ago. I have used them for all of my service needs, and without fail they have been extremely reliable and responsive. I recently decided that it was time to replace my garage door and motor. I went straight to Raynor and could not be happier with my experience. The online appointment scheduler was extremely efficient, and the salesperson who came to my house (right on time!) was knowledgeable and clear in explaining my options. The garage door was ready for installation exactly when promised, and the installer was friendly, neat and professional. The new garage door looks great and the motor is amazingly quiet!! Our new garage door is great and the installers that came to install the door were fantastic. They were on time and cleaned everything up.

Our old door was wood and the door opening mechanism was noisy. Because the garage is part of the house, the noise would wake late risers. We shopped around and compared products. We decided on an insulated steel door. Raynor's measurements were better than others we contacted. Measurements were important, because our home was built in 1956. The house had settled since then. James was our installer. He did a neat job and took away the old door and mechanics. He showed us how to use the keypad. The door looks so much better than our old door, including from inside the garage. The opening mechanism is whisper quiet. As a double bonus, there is a motion sensor in the light, so no more forgetting to turn the light on or off; and, the inside switch shows the temperature in the garage, which is nice because the garage is attached to the house. We are pleased with the company, its product and the staff.

Just had Frank out here who very efficiently got our all of our cars working at all three garage doors service them and got them like new. I actually thought when he came out here that I need to replace two of the doors and that was not at all the case. They’re a great company who have been here forever and I highly recommend them if you have any garage door needs for purchase or repair.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I spoke with a rep over a week ago and am still waiting for an estimate. I have a little job to do, but a call back or an email reply would be appreciated. I am being totally ignored! Not a way to run a business. I tried on many occasions, but they refuse to even get back to me.

Raynor Door Company has been a reliable supplier for our custom home building and remodeling company. We started using them about 3 years ago and have used them exclusively since. Their prices are fair; they have skilled installers; and they stand behind their products.

It is so nice to have dealt with a company and have everything go smoothly. Michael steared me to the correct door,took measurements and gave me the price. Mark installed the door by himself (seems impossible to me) and did a real nice job. No rush job, he did things right. He also cleaned up after and did not leave trash behind. This is a fine company and I recommend them

We hired Raynor Door Company to repair a garage door that was pretty badly damaged due to a car running into it. The process was pretty seamless. The sales person that came over to assess the damage was very professional as well as the mechanic that fixed it. They did a great job matching the panels and completing the work in a timely manner.
