Established by partners Raj Marfatia and Marc Ghosn, with over 25 years of industry experience, specialising in high-quality residential and commercial retail projects. Our commitment to quality of design is distinguished by our exceptional skills in empathising with and communicating our clients’ wants and needs. We provide comprehensive client consultation, highly detailed documentation, through contract administration, knowledge of the latest in building systems and materials, and a network of reliable consultants and tradespeople. What separates us from our competitors is how we deliver our designs. We encourage our clients to collaborate with a suitable builder from the beginning of their project and to remain involved in ALL stages including the development of the final building drawings. This process can carefully examine the design and how it can be effectively delivered to a specific budget, time-frame, and level of quality. Initial consultation start from $110 and involve a visit from our team, where we will provide you with a structured breakdown of the steps involved in your project, as well as the current industry building rates. We would strongly recommend Raj Marfatia from AMG Architects as architect. His dedication and professionalism were totally outstanding. He always, on time, delivered detailed plans for extensive landscaping we wanted to do. It was a complicated project as we live on a slope and had large Palm Trees, overgrown pittosporums, creeping bamboos and a problematic retaining wall. Raj listened to what we suggested, but came up with innovative new suggestions. We cannot praise, and thank, Raj enough. His knowledge of plants and trees are amazing. We would not hesitate twice to approach him again for any architectural work, not only for complex landscaping.

I’ve really enjoyed working with Raj on several small, medium and large projects over the last few years. He’s always been easy to deal with and puts in 100% for the client and my team. His knowledge of horticulture, landscape architecture, building and construction is next level. I love his designs because they don’t just look great, they’re always really practical and well thought out as well. His drawings always include lots of detail, which makes pricing and building so much easier. I can highly recommend Raj at AMG Architects for any landscape project in and around Geelong.

I haven’t had the opportunity to have worked with an architect previously. My first experience has been excellent. Raj and his team, from our initial introductory meeting with myself (Peter) and my wife Lyn, has been exemplary. Raj listened to our ideas and offered suggestions on how it potentially could be improved, but honouring our original concept. Raj’s experience with the building trade enabled him to advise on a range of likely scenarios’. He took time out to get the builder to visit the site with him, and involved us, to talk through the options and ‘check in’ with the builder on the practical aspects of the options from a building perspective. It has been pleasure to have been able to engage Raj. His workmanship, communication and professionalism is of the highest standard. I was grateful a friend of mine recommended Raj to us. He and his team have been a delight to work with. Thanks for the opportunity Peter Codd

It was a pleasure dealing with Raj, for the installation of a lift shaft and disable bathroom in my home. All went well, and Raj listened and addressed all our concerns during construction. It was a privilege to employ such a caring and delightful person to design and supervise this project . Regards Lindsay Dixon.

Raj was recommended to us by a local builder as a skilful architect to advise on and design a rebuild of our beach house. He listened to what we were seeking to achieve, offered very good options and ideas and then produced a design with which we were very pleased. He was then available to discuss any issues that arose during the construction process. We were very happy with his firms service and have no hesitation in recommending them

As a builder I was privileged to work with AMG on several projects for my clients, their professionalism to both the client and the builder made the job easy. Because of this I contracted them to design my own home and after 5 years we are still happy with the result and we would recommend them to anyone.
