Mike was fantastic! He constructed stone walls and steps in the front of our house creating planting beds and defining the entrance area in a beautiful way. Additionally, he completed a walkway to the front entryway and a patio with a fire pit on the east side of our home. All of his work was outstanding and, equally important, he was easy to work with, an honest and clear communicator, and quite the perfectionist. If something wasn't quite up to his standards, he would redo those stones until they were just right. We can't say enough positive things about Rainbow Acres and would definitely use them again.

They transformed our lakefront point to something you'd only see in a magazine. Hand-built stone walls and a stunning flagstone patio and landscaping, complete with lighting and a fire pit. He practically added another room to our summer home. Its gorgeous and now we can enjoy the lake views from the outside rather than inside looking out the window. They were professional on every level, cleaned up every day, and took such pride in every aspect of the project. Its as gorgeous from the water as from land. Definitely get them on your job!!!

Rainbow Acres has done extensive landscaping to our property. Mike and Lisa, the owners have transformed unidentifiable bushes, weeds and unnamed growth in our yard and created an oasis of distinctive spaces for displaying variety of different plantings. Whether one look from the side porch or the front yard or back we can see a graceful ornamental pear tree or a service berry bush in a background of tall majestic grasses. They have designated planting areas of colorful hibiscus, variety of hydrangeas , lilies and lilacs and various flowers creating a dramatic flower filled painting. We are truly happy with their landscaping skills. .

Rainbow Acres installed a stone veneer system in our living room to complement a wood stove that we had installed. I wanted it to look like a fireplace with a mantle. Mike was timely when he came to give an estimate, very clear and transparent about his process and how we would work together. He was also very prompt in getting back to me with actual numbers. He started exactly when he said he would and was great about keeping me up to date on how he saw the project moving along. He and his crew were so professional and very respectful of our home - they were very neat (and masonry is messy). The project was completed on time and it exceeded my expectations in every way.

I hired Rainbow Acres after a long search to find a company that would use natural materials to transform a scrubby and rocky point on Lake George. Their website convinced me to invite a meeting. It was obvious to me that they could handle the big project and produce a result that would greatly enhance the site. They went to great lengths to find the correct stone, color and sizes for the patio and wall project. It all come in on budget. The landscaping was separate -- and they did a fantastic job.

I had Rainbow Acres put in a French drain for me. Before starting, Mike scoped out the area and made sure it would not affect any surrounding properties. Mike and his crew showed up on time, explained exactly what they were doing, and even took pictures of the work in progress each day. The following year, I had Rainbow Acres come back and landscape around my home. Mike and his crew were a pleasure to work with.
