Robert Allen Duralee

It's is appalling how bad the Robert Allen customer service is ! Ever since they merged with Duralee it's been horrible. And Duralee used to have fantastic Customer Service. As a designer I do everything I. Am not to buy their products !

Robert Allen was a wonderful resource for years, but something has gone horribly wrong since their merger. I ordered an in-stock trim over 3 months ago and they can't seem to get the order shipped despite numerous calls, talks with a manager, and e-mails. The customer service is terrible and no one seems to care about fulfilling orders or helping customers. Their phone has been out of service for weeks and e-mails to customer service get answered with, "Please call us to discuss these issues." Do not order from them! It is a futile waste of time.

Horrible company. Never use them! Ordered a custom bed from them and paid deposit in early Dec 2020. No word from them even though the designer I am working with has tried to contact them multiple times for over 9 months. When she was finally able to get a hold of someone we were told that frame was made but no idea when bed would be finished. When we asked to cancel the order for non-delivery we were told no refund and no cancellations. How can a business continue to hold your money and not deliver what you paid for or even tell you when they can deliver? So they can just take your money and not deliver anything to you and you as the customer cannot do anything about it. Will never order from them again and will never recommend.

Robert Allen is one of my go-to showrooms for fabric and furniture. They have all of the staples (at great price points) and some great accent fabrics as well. The reps in the NY showroom are the best and always helpful. So far I love everything that I've ordered from them.
