I had work done on my kitchen in mid-2017 when they were using the name Imported Stone. Less than 6 months after installation, the granite started pulling apart at the seams. Numerous calls were placed and I was advised to "push it back together". Had to pay someone else to come in and fix the issue. Fast forward to 2020 and the kitchen sink has literally fallen out from the granite itself. It's now propped up by bricks and books. Apparently, QCK is claiming to be a totally different company than Imported Stone and refuses to honor the warranty. It's odd that they claim to be a totally different company when even in their profile they claim to be the same company (formerly Imported Granite). Live and you learn I guess.

I am so please with the work Donny did for me. He was so professional and his measurements were accurate on first try. I have gotten so much praise for the countertop work he did. Also, Mike was a great help too. Just moving here from Texas and will do business with this company I getting my home like I want it. I would always want to work with Donny.

Queen City did a total renovation for us. Terri our designer was extremely patient and helpful. She was great about listening to us and very helpful in creating the kitchen we love. John our contractor and Terri did a great job communicating what we should expect and the timeline. The quality of the products and the subcontractors who work with Queen City were excellent. Everyone connected to our job was courteous and professional. There is nothing we would change and highly recommend QCK

Queen City Kitchens remodeled my kitchen. Not happy with the quality of cabinets. Touchstone Fine Cabinetry cracking and peeling. Uploaded a few photos. Project payed in full. Existing issues still not resolved.

A few years ago, my wife and I took on a "fixer upper" in Charlotte's NODA neighborhood.... completely gutting the house down to the studs, adding an addition, and building a garage. Rather than hire a builder, we took the project on all by ourselves - and I can assure you, even being the "do-it yourselfer" that I am, being your own general contractor is not for the faint of heart. However, in doing all that, I learned a LOT. One of the things I learned about was granite counter tops - as this is what we were planning for the kitchen, as well as both bathrooms. I researched quite a few companies around Charlotte, and in doing so, I realized that there's a lot you can screw up with a granite counter top!!! As we narrowed down our choices my wife and I finally decided on Queen City Kitchens (at the time they were operating under their old name as Imported Stone of Charlotte, but it's my understanding it's the same company) we got down to the business of picking out the exact stone and working on the layout of the counter. In the end, as I sit here at my gigantic island typing this review - I could not be happier with my kitchen. Things I love about Queen City Kitchens: - absolute professionalism, all the way from the showroom, to the guy that came out to "template" the counter top, to the guys who did final install - all wonderful. - great selection of stone - and a very clear understanding of what the price points are for this vs. that, etc. No hinkey pricing - everything straight forward. - they were not the cheapest, but they certainly were not even close to the most expensive. Considering their attention to detail at every step of the process, they provide a great value. Things I didn't love: - nothing. :) I should note - we hired them for just the counter tops... my wife and I did all our cabinets and appliances, etc, ourselves. With that said, seeing the quality of work they did with the counter tops, I would not hesitate to hire them for any amount of kitchen work.

Working with Imported Stone was great! I was nervous about all the things that could go wrong, but thankfully it was easy. The measuring and fabrication went smoothly and then installation was a breeze. Absolutely in love with our new countertops and we get lots of complements.

These guys were fantastic all the way around. Sales, fabrication, install and service were all top notch......and of course the product is beautiful A couple of weeks after our countertops were installed, we had a question about how to best maintain/clean them. One of the guys made a trip down to our house to show us, and to give us a recommendation on the best product to get. They really went out of their way to provide great service. I would definitely recommend Imported Stone to anyone around the Charlotte area, and I will definitely use them again!

Everyone was very helpful with products and idea's. Service was outstanding and follow up on my questions were quick . They also had the best prices when I was shopping around. I renovated a large Kitchen and three bathrooms - it was a long difficult process but everyone at Imported Stone made their part of the process run efficiently.

When my wife and I decided to replace our kitchen counter tops, we visited many marble and granite showrooms in the Charlotte area. Imported Stone had the largest selection of the colors that we had in mind. We opted to go with a Volga Blue granite. it is very durable, easy to maintain, and draws many ooh's and ahh's whenever we have guests. Needless to say, we are very impressed with our new countertops from Imported Stone.

We had a vanity and granite top installed. Also 2 knee wall caps. Though my project was small I was treated like it was a million dollar job. Stellar customer service start to finish. Thank you Noel and Diane!

I had to arrange for Imported Stone to estimate, remove old plastic counter, install new granite, and include all plumbing installation while I was out of town. I was so impressed with the details I discussed by phone and online that I bit the bullet and authorized it all remotely, including style, stone selection and layout. I am happy to say it came out perfectly and to the compliments of all that have seen it. Fully satisfied with all interface, schedule, and quality. Top notch job.

Had them replace kitchen countertops. When measuring they also were able to give us a great deal on vanity countertops in both bathrooms. Removal of old top and installation of new went off without a problem. Highly recommend.
