We work with Quartex to help provide our customers with stunning counter tops. Their products are beautiful and timeless. Customer service is also amazing. Landmark Kitchen Concepts is a big advocate of using Quartex Surfaces.

We have just completed a renovation and chose Quartex for all of our kitchen and island counters, backsplash, two bathrooms and two fireplaces. Beautiful to look at. But a word to anyone considering this product - firstly, know that it is delicate. I would compare it to porcelain so it will not stand up to everyday use in an active kitchen. Our countertops have been installed for less than a month and we already have a sizeable chip. It occurred when my 14 year old daughter removed a colander from the sink to rinse a plate. Hardly a grown man wielding a hammer. Secondly, be aware of the customer service vortex you are entering. If anything goes wrong, and it will, you will be left to your own devices. We were expecting the courtesy of a service call, perhaps some technical guidance on how to repair. Instead, we were blown off with a copy of their warranty, not once, but twice. There are too many options out there to get tangled in this mess.

We use Quartex as one of our suppliers and love the whole company! Their customer service, sales representatives, warehouse team, and upper management are all very kind and courteous to everyone who walks through their doors. The showroom is absolutely beautiful and their quartz selection is always topnotch! We would highly recommend the Quartex brand to anyone looking to get astonishing material at a reasonable price.
