I hired Quality Connections ("QC") after having seen their work both online and at many local establishments throughout the city of Chicago. After our first contact via email, QC sent over an estimator (was the owner) the next day to walk through my house and discuss the project. I had them hook all of my electronics to our media center hub on the second floor of our condo; hang 2 televisions; connect the universal remote to all of it to make it work; install a sub-woofer as well as a wifi extender. All of the professionals that I dealt with were respectful and courteous of my time and questions. After they were finished, we had a thorough sit down to discuss what was done and how to work it all. I've had a few questions since then and when they weren't answered via email, one of the installers came back to help me better understand the issue. Consummate professionals is the best way to discuss my experience with QC. Highly recommend.
