Tom Tomlinson

Company does a great sales job, and seems to have good equipment, but does not keep up with maintenance and is unforgiving regarding their 5 year contract requirement even when a client is forced to move out of town. I would never recommend QEI to a homeowner or builder.

QEI guided me on what equipment to purchase for my home, gave me great advice on each item and suggested the Sonos sound bar/wireless speaker...love it! I am not a "techy" person, and they took the worry out of this portion of my remodel for me. It was a great experience. The install was perfect! Timely, done well, cleaned up, and they even gave me great advice on cable boxes and those issues of what I wanted. I would not have even thought of some of the things they advised me on. I'd highly recommend them!
