When we had our floors done last June, we had some problems. They had to be redone 3 times. Josh was Awsome making it right for us, as we had an unusual color and stain. And I gave his company a stellar review. Since they did our floors, ( 3 different times here, and moving out each time) it was a hassle for sure, but we got it done. And it turned out beautiful. Giving them a key to our house each time. we had no worries letting them have access to our house, until the holidays. 6 months later, thanksgiving I went to get my grandmothers sterling 100 years old, out of my China hutch( offf the kitchen they were working on) and it was gone. I was sick, not replaceable and a family heirloom. No one has stayed in our house, or been in our house before or after this project without. Supervision. I contacted Josh about this, he stood up for his employees and said he did bacgound checks.on everyone. The officer who took the report, said they mean nothing. They Just haven’t been caught , so they’re clean. Jiosh is bonded but didn’t want to take any responsibility for this. . So bottom line here, if you open your house to strangers and give them a key. Have security cameras. We do now. Don’t let anyone have access to your home unless you can monitor. We learned a big lesson. My rating went from 5 stars to 2 . Josh is a great guy, very professional, does a great job, and seems to be very honest, but his employees do the work. He’s not there. So that speaks for itself in our experience., someone was not honest there,and is big loss for us., with no support from the company .partly because we have no proof which is unfortunate .

Josh Crossman the owner of PTL Hardwood Floors out of Yelm, WA installed and hand scraped 1200' of Beautiful Hickory Character grade from Vermont Plank Flooring, 8" W plank with an average of 9' board length. Then applied 2 coats of Odie's Oil for the finish. Josh also custom made an island counter top and base boards from the Hickory plank. The floor, stairs, island counter top and base boards are all Stunning! I highly recommend Joshua Crossman. He is a Master at his craft!!!!

We had Josh and his crew refinish all of our hardwood floors which included patching where an old oil furnace grate was, as well as install a transition piece where a wall was removed. Very well done. You could never tell where the patch is. The floors are beautiful and it was a pleasure working with Josh. We certainly recommend PTL Hardwoods and will call Josh again if we ever need any other floor work done in the future. Thank you Josh!

The best word to describe PTL Hardwood Floors is integrity. Joshua Crossman and Elijah put in hardwood oak floors through the main living area of my home. The floors are beautiful, the finish soft. He used a natural oil without any harmful chemicals and I was able to sleep in my home the same day the finish was put on with no smell. These guys are such hard workers, the workmanship is amazing, and I felt like I had my brothers working in my home. I never once had any concerns about my house, they were completely respectful. Joshua knows wood floors passionately and put in a high quality floor. He was also generous with me, doing more than we originally planned for no extra cost. They always did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it, told me exactly what to expect and made the impact on my living space workable. You will not regret working with these top notch professionals and they will give you a beautiful and high quality floor. I highly recommend this company.

Josh from PTL Hardwoods is a consummate professional. If we had another house to put hardwoods in, we would hire him in a second. We had a sizable residential job done with not a few hiccups along the way. We even had a change of heart one day just during the prep stage; this altered the schedule, the machinery Josh's team would use, and more. Josh just rolls with the punches and has a total "can-do" attitude. Josh was injured prior to taking on our job, so I suspect he depended more on his team than he ordinarily would. While they did good work (and were all very pleasant and respectable), Josh's attention to detail is outstanding, and he had his eyes on everything. He came back on more than one occasion to do a walk-through and fix any imperfection that he or we felt needed a touch-up. We have had so many people, from amateurs to experts, comment on our extraordinarily beautiful floors and how well installed they are. We are so grateful - it was 100% worth all of the decision-making and the cost (you get what you pay for!) to have on-site finished and stained real hardwoods. There is truly not a single day that we don't look down and marvel at how gorgeous the floors are. Thank you PTL!!!

Best Hardwood flooring company ever!!! There customer service and attention to detail was way beyond my expectations. Our house is 8200 sq ft. with 4000 sq ft of it is all hardwood flooring. Josh and his staff were great to work with very professional . We love our floors ! I highly reccomend them .

PTL refinished all the hardwood floors in my home 3bd, 2 bath. They did a great job. The floors looked like new when they were done. They did it on time and at the bid price; which I feel was fair. Thanks

PTL Hardwoods sanded and refinished our hardwood floors in our hallway and kitchen area. The floors in the kitchen were very worn in front of the kitchen sink and around the table area but they look like new now. We changed from a golden finish to a natural and the contrast with our oak cabinets look great. PTL Hardwoods were professional and kept us updated on their progress so we could return to our home as soon as possible. I love our hardwood floors again! We would recommend them to our friends and family.

PTL Hardwoods was great: gave a reasonable estimate, came in and did the work efficiently, cleaned up - all in one day. They put hardwood down in my master bedroom and they did a beautiful job. I think they are a 5 star company. My sister is going to have him lay some hardwood in her house as well.
