My husband and I have built a custom home before and worked with other builders of the homes in which we have lived. When we bought our lot in Las Campanas, we began to interview builders. The reasons we chose the Prulls were clear to us then and even more deeply clear now. The Prulls were responsive and friendly to us when we first met, and took us to see a variety of the properties they had built and we were impressed with both the quality and diversity of their work. In their offices we met professional and cordial people. Their design portfolio was stunning and Will explained his extensive budgeting, tracking and management systems. We were very impressed especially as we had not utilized anything like it when we built before and made a number of mistakes as a result. Our original desire was to build without an independent architect, but Will was candid and frank about his firm's expertise at building but gave compelling reasons why he felt an independent architect provides the best outcome. They assured us they had worked with most architects in town as well as high quality subs and suppliers. Understanding our need to not coordinate with a number of separate entities, the Prulls contacted two reputable architects who were willing to work under Prulls' direction reducing the work we would need to put in managing a lot of different people. Their kind responsiveness to our needs were what put them over the top. We selected Lorn Tryk as our architect. For months we met as an entire team designing, engineering, and costing out the house. Their experienced Superintendent joined the project at the inception of breaking ground. From then until now the Prulls, their teams and architect Tryk were with us every step of the way. To summarize, we found Prull Custom Builders to be; exceptionally credentialed and experienced creative problem solvers honest and direct good managers of people and processes resources for us for design and materials personally interested in us, fun and kind Building a home is an intensely personal process. Prulls know this and showed it by both their competence and their care and concern for us as people. We could not have made a better choice. This is likely the home we will live in for the rest of our lives and the Prulls will be trusted colleagues and friends for that long as well.

My home is a renovated 100-year-old adobe dairy barn just outside of Santa Fe, NM. I chose Will Prull and company for the remodel of three rooms (bedroom, bath, and study) because I wanted excellent craftsmanship and work that would fit with the existing country-folk art look of the house. The entire area was gutted. All flooring was removed and they then came up with a way to level out three different uneven surfaces so that one step is all that's required from the study to the other two rooms. Brilliant. The supervisor, entire crew, and subs were professional and respectful of my property and furnishings. They always had a smile and an answer for the inevitable surprises that come with renovating an old structure like this. They worked within budget and time frame initially discussed. I could not be happier.
