We had a complicated wiring issue in our kitchen as a result of the original house wiring was not done properly. This was compounded by additional wiring and circuits added on (patched in) over the years by other various electricians. The result was a complex wiring/circuit mess. The first electrician we hired actually couldn't figure out the problem and left saying: "sorry, I can't figure this out or find the problem". They did however charge us anyway for their time. We then called Shawn of Pro City Electric. It was clear that trouble shooting skills were one of his strong points. He not only found the root cause but was able to effect solutions that were actually a cost savings. Shawn got the problem solved quickly and in good order. Just cant say thanks enough!

These guys deserve 10 stars. I moved to Santa Rosa a year ago and have remodeled my house. I used Pro City for a small project of installing outdoor outlets and I was so impressed that I have since used them for many more projects including 4 ceiling fans, all new lighting and outlets for kitchen and bath remodel, beautiful can lights at my house and my mother's house and a few other projects. They are very professional, arrive on time, and are an absolute pleasure to work with. They exceed my expectations every time. I would not even consider using another electrician and I know how lucky I am to have found them as I am confident that the work they have done is top-notch.

We hired Pro City Electric to install 5 ceiling fans. Shawn was very accommodating, able to give us a quote over the phone and quick to reply to calls/texts. We were able to get the job scheduled quickly. Bobby came over for the installation and did a fantastic job.

Bobby of Pro City Electric was very fast and professional. He completed the job of replacing my yard light in about 30 min. I also had him replace some 4' bulbs in my garage. Total time for both projects still under an hour. Thank you Pro City Electric for your wonderful work.

Pro City Electric was extremely professional in their initial contacts and quoting process as well as in completion of our small but challenging project. We needed a fan installed on a radically pitched 12 ft. high ceiling. Bobby arrived as scheduled and was particularly respectful of our home carefully moving ladders and equipment and even vacuuming when he finished. He installed the fan quickly and smoothly making an aesthetically pleasing modification that saved a trip to get yet another part and finished up with a thorough demo of the fan’s features. I enthusiastically recommend Pro City Electric. They were prompt, competent and thorough. What more could one ask?

I don't usually write reviews, but was so impressed with the the crew that worked on our short notice Christmas light project, that I felt compelled to actually write a review. Our lighting project was more complex than expected, but they pulled it all off in time for our Saturday Christmas party. Even willing to stay Friday evening and return Saturday morning to make it happen..
