Our service techs are highly trained and skilled to resolve issues. We are very pleased to hear that our tech did diagnose and resolve your issue of water leaking all over your floor. Water leakage can cause a lot of expensive damage if not properly and quickly repaired. The travel charge covers getting our service tech to your home and making the initial basic diagnosis of the problem. Once the problem is identified then they determine the necessary repair and any associated charges to make the repair. We always ask for your approval for repairs before executing them. We utilize Customer Assured pricing which lets our clients know exactly what the charge will be beforehand. There are several costs incurred for us to perform the level of service we provided you. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the related charges. The vast majority of our clients feel our prices are fair based on the level of service we provide.
