12/23/2019 I have had a great experience working with Prime Home Improvement and highly recommend them! Last year, they installed a new patio and this year, a new roof on our home. Gino and his team are very professional, hard-working, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. And, Gino is one of the few contractors who actually returns calls and demonstrates that he values my business. I received multiple estimates for each project and Prime provided a very reasonable quote. Both projects turned out great and were completed on schedule. I plan to use Prime again in the future.

From start to finish, my experience with Prime Home Improvements was a positive one. Mel is friendly and knowledgeable and the subcontractors he hired to work in my home were pleasant and respectful. Dependable, knowledgeable, quality work! We couldn’t be happier with our newly renovated kitchen/family room! Looking forward to our next home project with Prime!!

Mel and the team at Prime have been exceptional throughout the duration of our home renovation project. When initially bidding it was clear our zip code meant that less scrupulous contractors would significantly inflate their bids in the hope we’d simply say yes! Mel gave honest feedback on our plans, helped with design ideas, introduced us to various suppliers and oversaw all aspects of the project from beginning to end. The team arrived early, worked all day with limited breaks and cleaned up after themselves each night which was important as our family lived in the house throughout the project. When any issues arose Mel actioned them immediately and has had no issue sending people back to fix items which I’m sure other contractors would simply ignore. We will be using Prime for any other work moving forward and can’t recommend Mel and the team enough. Nick & Catherine Powell, Scarsdale

We highly recommend Prime Home Improvement. They built a beautiful new portico over our front door, replaced our exterior doors and sided our house. Gino, our project manager, was responsive and always on call and the carpenters who built portico were talented and professional. Our finished project is exactly what we wanted.

Prime home improvements gave us the bathroom and kitchen that we have always dreamed off.. thank you Gino and Mel. They are profesional and what I like the best is that there’s no BS. We had a few bumps here and there but everything was finished in time. Thank you

Prime Building Services is not what they are all cracked to be. The company is completely sub contractors. There are a paintings company. In-depth projects is handled by substandard sub contractors. No one from Prime building services ever show up on The jobsite. They were even provided architectural plans which couldn’t even be followed by the subs.It has been a horror show. I recommend that you stay far away from this company.

Prime Home Improvement renovated my office space. They created a masterpiece! My dream was to build a therapeutic Salt Room...and they made my dream come true! I couldn't have asked for better workmanship, quality, expertise, efficiency, timeliness, in a contractor. They went above and beyond. A particular thanks to Mel for creating my dream! I will definitly use them again and highly recommend them for any project needed.

Rob is fantastic to work with! As an Interior Designer, Rob understands the importance of design execution according to plan, and having communication throughout a project. Prime Builders recently completed a major exterior renovation on my house - new siding and new roofing which needed the old layers completely removed. I also added a few special touches with stone work and a small copper eye-brow roof above my bow window. I had four companies quote the project and chose Prime, and am very glad I did. I worked with Mel who had a strong creative sense and was very good in terms of communication on the steps of the project. Each crew did a nice job and dovetailed into one another in a timely fashion. The masonry crew to the roofing crew to the siding crew to the copper artisans to the gutter crew. Even the final touches Mel ensured were completed quickly (new lantern lights, door-step, etc) before we deemed the project complete. I am extremely satisfied with the work,how the project moved along and at how beautiful the house looks now.

The contractor that came to our house, Ron, was professional, nice and thorough in explaining the job (a whole roof) and what his workers were going to do. The workers were there early every day and they answered any questions or concerns we had. At the end of the job they made sure everything was cleaned to the best of their ability. The contractor came back to make sure we were happy with the job.

We used Prime initially to replace our roof. Pleased with that work we contracted them to do a complete gut & renovation of our kitchen and a bathroom. The guys that came to do the job were professional & it showed in the quality of their work. As someone who has never done a major capital project I asked many, many questions. The guys always took the time to answer my questions & put my mind at ease. The project took a little longer than I expected, however, much of this was due to unforeseen issues that arose. Overall we are very happy and absolutely love our new kitchen and bath. Prime really does beautiful, quality work.
