Have bought a couple of large kitchen appliances from this business in the past, we are now seriously considering purchasing our appliances for our new upcoming home rebuild through Prestige Appliances. The owner (Franz) is the most knowledgeable person I've come across and has extensive knowledge of all appliances brands and where different brands of appliances are actually sourced and manufactured. This is extremely helpful. He also focuses on recommending the most suitable appliance for your needs rather than just the most expensive. The only slight criticism I would have is that I've found he has sometimes been a bit patronising towards me when I've expressed my ideas about which level of appliance I would like. (Interestingly when my husband was present he wasn't like this at all.) Apart from that, he provides an excellent service, and he also stocks my new favourite brand, V-Zug!! I hope they're around for many years to come.
