We were so impressed with Premium Kitchen from the moment we walked into their showroom and met Thierry and Tashia and saw their beautiful Italian cabinetry and design. We built an immediate rapport with Tashia and she was able to translate our vision into our dream home. We totally gutted our condo and the design and quality of the work far exceeded our expectations. I especially love the kitchen, Tashia was able to do the impossible and give me the island I always wanted. Premium's service and professionalism helped make our renovation an enjoyable experience and I highly recommend them.

We are so happy with Premium Kitchens' designs of our kitchen and 2.5 baths in our 2 bedroom condo which we completely gutted. We knocked down a wall to open up the living space and reconfigured the master bathroom to utilize the space more efficiently. The designs and execution of the plans were done in a timely fashion and exude serenity.

From the first day we walked into Premium Kitchen and met Tashia and Thierry we knew we would work with them. We worked directly with Tashia and she was fabulous!!! Not only did she help us with the kitchen she also designed all three bathrooms and helped us decorate the entire apartment. Working with Tashia was a delight!!! The quality of the materials are of the highest quality and the project was right on time. The apartment came out absolutely beautiful!! I would recommend Premium Kitchen to anyone who wants an outstanding and perfect job.

We loved working with Jerry Mazo who transformed our 70’s galley style condo into a contemporary open style kitchen/dining space. Our install (in August) went smoothly. The only issues arising out of who was responsible for what in relation to the appliance installations and their cabinet panels (we still have a minor issue with the fridge panels). I suggest getting all those details and costs worked out up front. Overall we are very pleased with final result and the amazing design by Jerry.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with premium kitchens. Our experience with the designer was fine (while he was trying to upsell us to do more built ins and buy more expensive appliances) but when it came to the actual install we really found out what premium kitchens was all about. The owner’s arrogance was exceeded only by his and his employees incompetence. Almost everything that could go wrong went wrong. They charged us for 3 weeks extra storage time even though we were ready within one week of when they wanted to install- our contract date last we’re vague so we didn’t argue. Then when it came time to install-they chose the date of start after making us pay $500. And They never showed up. After repeatedly calling the designer and owner they finally contacted us late morning to say “sorry our installer can’t come he has an emergency”. Finally four days later after we cancelled the electricians appliance delivery plumbers etc because they couldn’t confirm a new start date they sent a sub contracted installer who had to hire three other installers who had never worked with premium kitchens just to finish the job. This installer then charged us extra because he said they would not cover the cost of his additional workers. During this entire fiasco the owner was abrasive, offensive, unprofessional and incompetent. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life. He insulted us personally, attacked our character as well as our contractor. We are devastated we trusted them with our project.

First, we thank you for taking the time to write this review. It is reviews like this that make companies stand back and observe the overall picture. We are distraught that you feel this way. And although an apology may not repair how you feel now, it is extended with genuine sincerity. We know it is extremely frustrating to experience delays and unforeseen circumstances in construction. Please know that we strive to provide our clients with over-and-above the best level of service.

Calling our designer incompetent seems unwarranted as you thanked him on several occasions after he resolved issues- including many issues that were unrelated to Premium Kitchens. We remain confused on your “up-sell” comment as we created a rendering of an entertainment center design that you gave to us in order to “tie in” with your kitchen cabinetry.
During our initial design consult, you clarified a minimalist approach considering no upper cabinets nor back-splash. Hence, European, sleek-lined appliances were suggested for the design. Ultimately, we offer options yet the final decision remains in the hands of the client.

Indeed, it was unfortunate that the original installer planned for your project had a personal emergency and delayed the installation. We acted as quickly as possible to provide you with another superior level contractor to complete your installation. We apologize again that the date of your installation was delayed 4 days. You have every right to be frustrated and we empathize. We did, however, hear from the next installer that you paid him several compliments each day on his expertise and professional commitment to finishing your job as quickly as possible to make up for lost time. Please note, however, that when a client requests extra work outside the original scope of installation, we ask that the homeowners work directly with the subcontractor. We will reach out to you shortly to address your concerns in the hopes that you will enjoy your kitchen for years to come.

We shopped several months (all over South Florida) for our kitchen remodel project. We decided to go with Jerry Mazo due to his attention to detail. First, he gave both my husband (who's the cook) an assignment to make sure he understood our likes and dislikes. After visiting our home, he designed a couple of options. We are talking a 3-D design. We sat on a couch and watched our home transform on a large screen tv. Every entry was displayed. "This is how the kitchen would look from your front door"- extremely visual. Next, question after question on how we cook, morning routine. Again, very detailed, and custom. Lastly, QUALITY. Can't say it enough. Don't hesitate to use them. They WILL make it right. A pleasure to work with. BTW we selected Jerry's recommendation!

Recently purchased a new kitchen from Premium Kitchen. I visited many places before I purchased my kitchen from them. What made there place stand out was their commitment to detail. I worked personally with Jerry Mezo he was amazing, he was patient, listened, and got to know me and my families needs and wants as well as our style (There is nothing worse then someone convincing you that you want something that you don't). He stood by me throughout the renovation which was pretty tough and jumped in to help when necessary. If you are in the market for a high end, modern kitchen definitely go see him at Premium Kitchens. You will love the show room, the quality of the cabinets and the great team they have installing them and Jerry an amazing designer and person!

We spoke with a variety of kitchen design companies and found Premium Kitchens to be the best fit for our kitchen remodel. They were always extremely helpful and had multiple design and cost options to choose from. We are very happy with the finished result and everyone who has seen it remarks on how beautiful it looks. It's a complete 360 from where we started, my husband and I LOVE it.

We expanded our home and as part of this project we completely redid out kitchen using Premium Kitchens to design, oversee and and install everything. Tashia Rahl and Thierry Pigeot were a pleasure to work with and we are delighted with the results - we would recommend them to everyone. Our kitchen came out absolutely gorgeous and when our friends come and see it, it makes their jaws drop. It is very contemporary and makes our home beautiful. We are very happy we used Premium Kitchens.
