Premier Pools and Spas- Sacramento

We had Premier build us a pool. Signed contract in May, they say 6 weeks to start. They begin in November. Every step forward was two steps back, wrong rocks were delivered, tile fell off the day after it was placed. Crew removing cement forms, ruin cement on the stairs. Sprayed gunite on our stucco house (which doesn’t come off) and drop over the driveway. Crew came out to remove and literally power washed the asphalt off the driveway. It’s ruined. Trash was left from crew every time they were out and one crew even smoked and left cigarettes butts. Delivered the wrong equipment, oh you want to remote for your pool equipment? Another $1500 bucks. One of the trucks backed in my neighbors fence, then denied it! The neighbor watched him do it. Spoke to Premier, no one apologized, no one took blame. “Oh those guys weren’t qualified to be out here that day” that was said every time, there was always a bigger pool, more important, more money (the supervisor always had pictures to show me of higher end pools). Expressed how unhappy we were, the sales man (Jim) and supervisor (Steve) completed ignores my texts, and calls. We were informed by their accounting department to not pay until the work is finished. They sent us to collections….. over $5,000, the smallest payment. The county has now reached out and premier hasn’t finished our permit and the county is asking for more money. Premier won’t call us back. Use a different contractor. Not worth the headache

Absolutely the most gorgeous pools. Awesome customer service, right there with us at every turn. We weren't really sure what we wanted initially and Premier brought us through the entire process, with patience, and truly seemed to care about our happiness.

The pool part of our landscaping with Premier was great and when we described to the sales person who came out and looked at our backyard what we wanted he knew exactly what we were looking for and the pool turned out beautiful. The concrete stamped cement that we also had installed around our pool and backyard has not turned out so well and we are not happy with how it looks and have contacted the cement contractor that works with Premier but have not received any help with fixing the situation.
