Hello. We would like to share our appreciation for Precision Point Construction. Marc LeBourveau is the owner of this wonderful company. His vast experience in the General Construction industry is top level, on any scale. Words alone can not portray the level of talent witnessed by us. Marc came by to talk with us about our wants and needs for our home. We were delightfully surprised with his good ideas and timeline to make it all happen. Everything that Precision Point Construction has done and is doing has been top notch perfection down to the smallest detail. This contractor’s work is of old world style that is rarely seen in today’s market, seriously! Precision Point Construction has been a blessing for us. Thank you sooo much Marc! Phill and Gretchen

Marc does ultra-high quality work, and is really flexible and creative when it comes to challenges encountered in the course of a job. We've done *extensive* work on our house, and went through several contractors in the process, but have stuck with Marc because he's demonstrated we can trust him to do the job right the first time every time.

I had a small bathroom repair job, where the toilet was loose and the floor around it was soft. I needed a quick and not too expensive repair done, as I was getting my house ready to sell. Marc was able to work my job in between other jobs, and he took care of everything. He removed and replaced the toilet and subflooring, leveled the dirt under the subflooring (and reconnected the dryer vent that he noticed had been disconnected and cleaned up the lint that had accumulated under there), and replaced the tile and baseboards. He even went to Home Depot and picked out the replacement tile for me (since I was out of town) and sent me photos/prices of my options. He was thorough, kept me appraised of what he found and the cost and just took care of it. I returned home to a completely repaired bathroom floor with no hassle or surprises. And I really appreciated him working in my small job, as not many contractors want to take these smaller jobs. I would highly recommend Marc!

I have hired Marc on a variety of projects at my home over the last five years. The biggest project he did for me was the remodeling of a one bedroom apartment over my garage. He did a fantastic job and when he was done the apartment was the most beautiful part of my house. The tile work he did in the bathroom was amazing. Over the last five years he has provided many types of services, including plumbing and electrical. He is a great problem solver and always arrives on time. I highly recommend Marc for home repairs or improvement projects.
