We were so disappointed with the outcome of our cost estimate process….Dave came and met with us a handful of times…we established our budget amount…we had every intention of working with this company…based on our budget we were informed of a deposit amount that would be applied to our renovation. My husband in good faith paid more than the document requested…we kept asking if our renovation plans would fall within budget…my husband asked if he could complete demo etc to reduce costs…after stonewalling us, the project proposal came in at $150,000-$200,000 over our original budget clarification (for an upgrade on a 1300 sq ft townhouse) All we received was an elementary computer blueprint (which was missing two bathroom windows) and an itemized quote with materials that we had researched and requested. Dave Powers acknowledged that “He didn’t think that we would go for that amount”…at that point he absorbed our $5000 “good faith” down payment as a “Design Fee”. Unless you have lots of money and want to overpay for everything…DO NOT do business with this contractor.

We hired PBG after obtaining 2 other estimates. We felt PBG would provide us w/great results. The scope of work was vast, including remodeling of every room. The work was done skillfully, w/great attention to detail. They always maintained a very clean work environment. Isaac is a very skilled communicator & provided a great deal of info & guidance; clearly Myles enjoys his job & the challenges in meeting customers expectations. PBG devised a construction schedule & met all goals. The entire remodel was during the pandemic & care was taken to ensure a safe environment & stayed on schedule. We had previously remodeled 2 other homes, utilizing a different contractor & were dissatisfied w/the ‘administrative’ performance. We did NOT have that problem w/PBG. We HIGHLY recommend PBG; they have a strong work ethic, are highly skilled, maintain professionalism, are approachable & friendly. They got the job done right & on time. We WILL use them again in the future.

My experience working with Construction Services can only be described with superlatives. Although I've previously worked with contractors who were excellent craftsmen, never before have I encountered a team with both building finesse and incredible creativity. Many times, the members "brainstormed" in order to achieve challenging possibilities in the most economical and aesthetically pleasing way possible. Isaac Gomez, the project manager, used scrupulous planning and his fantastic imagination to transform an 80's house with an awkward layout into a stunningly beautiful, contemporary home. I am so grateful.

Very professional and respectful through out the whole process of our remodel. They have wonderful communication skills, that made working with them a pleasure. Look forward to working with them again.

What incredible work!! Even though there were changes throughout the process from our standpoint, the craftsmanship, expertise, design, and experience were all top notch! Incredible work done at completely reasonable rates, on time, clean, and without a doubt will use these guys again.

Construction Services has consistently been a reliable, fair and very experienced contractor on my home and business improvement projects. They have been timely, great quality workmanship, always spend the time upfront to plan out the improvements…this includes framing, electrical, plumbing, painting…turn-key projects without having to clean up after they are completed. The woodwork on my projects has been better than what I have seen in my 40 years of property ownership. I only recommend Construction Services as the general contractor on large and small projects.
