Michelle saved our project from another "designer" who totally got our cabinets wrong. Michelle at PoggenPohl Hawaii is the only one in Hawaii who can design a PoggenPohl kitchen and know what she's doing. Be aware of unauthorized designers. Our kitchen came out beautiful thanks to Michelle and her team.

I am happy to recommend Michelle and Brian Turner of Poggenpohl Hawaii for the outstanding job they did in repairing my broken Poggenpohl tambour door. Hawaii is a very difficult place to have Poggenpohl service, since there is no representative living on the island of Oahu. But Brian and Michelle actually flew over from Maui, where they are based and visited my home to assess the problem. They promptly contacted the Poggenpohl factory in Germany to order the part, and when it arrived, they arranged for a qualified and professional installer to come to my home and install it. The price they quoted was fair and included all shipping and installation, with no surprises. I was happy to pay their bill and have my door fixed perfectly!

I want to thank Michelle for coming to my rescue! I live on Oahu and she is located on Maui. I have a Poggenpohl kitchen that was put in in 1984! The kitchen still looks fabulous but needed a little updating. So... I decided to change out the pulls from wood to stainless steel - all "66" of them! My kitchen drawers have special inserts from 1984 and I could not figure out how to release them to install the pulls. I emailed Michelle at Poggenpohl in Maui and immediately she responded. She did not have the information I needed but she forwarded my pictures and request to a Poggenpohl expert in Germany. He Michelle perfect instructions on releasing the liner and she emailed them on to me! How amazing that all these years later I would get such wonderful assistance from someone I don't know - THANK YOU Michelle! Lastly, I have been so happy with my Poggenpohl kitchen throughout the years - one of the best investments we made and they still look fabulous and perfectly operational in 2014! You can't go wrong with Pogenpohl and Michelle!

We remodeled our condo in Makena, Maui last year. The biggest concern having the Poggenpohl kitchen for us was that Maui was so away from Germany. We found, however, that our designer Michelle cooperated well with the Poggenpohl representative of Poggenpohl Germany who was assigned to their office in the US mainland in pursuing the project and following-up on the adjustments that had to be made even after the completion of the remodel. And needless to say, the Phggenpohl kitchen is beautiful and functional!
