We are about to renovate our Penthouse, Patrick has been amazing with design, ideas and complete understanding of my love of the French style. He is such a delight, charming, understanding talent with empathy to what you want. He makes working together a delight.

We moved into an apartment in East Melbourne some 15 months ago. Patrick was recommended by friends and we could not be happier. Nothing has been a problem for Patrick through the most trying of times. Covid has created many hurdles. Patrick has overcome so many frustrating issues and taken all in his stride. From the very outset his professional attitude and eye for detail has created a beautiful apartment. Patrick was engaged to renovate my warehouse which had been the victim of a very poor makeover circa 1980/1990s. He is quite amazing to work with and has a great eye for space and line. His project management is outstanding and he has a great rapport with his suppliers who unfailingly go that extra mile for him. I have worked on commercial building projects and residential building projects before but this time I was embarking on the renovation on my own. I found Patrick on Houzz and honestly it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made to employ his professional services. His approach to design is clear, logical and always with a mind to my budget. The concept he presented to me was perfectly in line with my taste. It is sophisticated, stylish but without the obvious short-stay trends. Nothing has been too much trouble. His plans were exact and detailed, so much so, there has not been any variance to the building cost so far, which is truly remarkable. The demands by council, which have been ridiculous and without any common sense have always been handled by Patrick and his assistant, Simon with professional calm and integrity. The project is not yet completed and Patrick constantly drops by to check on the work and has no hesitation to calling back “tradies”if the work is not up to his high standard. PM Interiors were commissioned to update our Victorian Hawthorn Brick home located in Brighton. We were looking for someone to reflect our personalities. Patrick was quick to identify opportunities to better use the space we had – he is currently in the process of turning a disused kitchen and living space into a stylish sitting room, complete with fire place, book shelves, plantation shutters and drapes as well as a cosy rug and striking decorative objects. He also designed an elegant new bathroom and ensuite for us, which better utilised the space available. Importantly, he gave us the confidence to step out of our comfort zone and try different colours and design ideas that complemented the Victorian architectural period with a young modern, contemporary twist. Patrick was extremely professional and passionate about his work- We would highly recommend his firm to others.

Trust is not an easy word to give when you work with a person who is going to change the way you live, and we trust Patrick implicitly. He has completed 2 projects for us and is about to do a third for us - and the best way I can describe his work as Wow!. The attention to detail time and time again makes him special - he leaves you hanging for the next surprise he has for you, which all seems to fit into a final vision that he has had all along. Updating our inner city unit, from a basic shell, to a modern living and work area is well underway thanks to the practical design and support from Patrick. His attention to detail is excellent and since the building work started he has been following though with alterations and guidance where required.

Patrick Meneguzzi was introduced to us by our architect when our Flowerdale (Vic) build was nearly completed. It was a wonderful house, but Patrick provided the vision and energy to transform some of the rooms to really give them the "wow" factor that we were after. Patrick had the contacts to have some furniture and lighting pieces made to order thus giving the home a very individual look. Patrick assisted with the selection of furniture, window and floor coverings, Throughout our association Patrick was always available to take us to wholesalers to show us products to enhance our home. We were very happy with our association with Patrick.

Patrick was amazing with helping us put two projects together (home renovation and a events venue renovation), was very organised, prompt and was an all-rounder superstar! Our house and venue looks amazing, keep up the GREAT work we absolutely love it.
