Ply Gem

We're in the midst of a warranty nightmare with Ply Gem, without resolution. I've tried working within the system until now, being more than patient after 2-plus years of trying to get defective windows replaced. The manufacturer in West Sacramento does send people out every few months to replace the windows, but they bring the wrong design each time, leaving the installers dumbfounded when they arrive since they trust what's on their order. I have run out of patience and I will look for other opportunities on social media to let everyone know that Ply Gem does not care about its customers once the windows are purchased. And they don't care about their installers either. They are independent contractors who get paid for the completed job. Just horrible customer service. I've never seen worse,.

HORRIBLE quality and HORRIBLE customer service that doesn’t abide to their own warranty. We had polygem - silver line widows installed for our new home. Every single window has a large sag in the middle, broken vinyl and sash’s that constantly spring loose causing damage to the casing. Reported issues as soon as they were installed…over a year later they company has done nothing!

Our Oregon building company, Curtis Homes llc, has found PlyGem windows to be beautiful, energy efficient, and offer a wide variety of window options. Curtis Homes has been using PlyGem windows in our homes since 2010.

Horrible quality. Shipped dirty product from 2013 saying they were late because of having to make more product. Stay clear of these guys
