Superb from inception to completion! Fran was attentive throughout producing fantastic designs for Kitchens, Bathrooms, utilities with a holistic approach to all. I will hope to use Plug Interiors again on future projects.

I recently had a kitchen installed by Plug, and from the initial consultation and quote, to the very last tile going on the wall, it was perfect, our kitchen quality and design is top class, we cannot find a fault with anything. Communication with Plug was so easy, and theywere so co-operative and willing to work with me regards to timing and installation. The design is perfect, things we didn't even know we needed were incorporated. The installation went smoothly and all the tradespeople could not have been more helpful, top class with their work and always arrived on time, cleaned up and did a perfect job. I could not recommend Plug more highly, I am so pleased we chose to go with them

Great selection and lovely products. Unfortunately they didn't come out to measure and relied on surveyors measurements so the wall panelling didn't fit precisely. They did sort it out but that wasn't their first reaction. It's not the service I was expecting for the prices charged.

overwhelmed with choice and no idea about what we wanted, Grace, designer at Plug was very patient and very skilled at helping us to the point of having a picture of what we would like our bathroom to look like. We met Grace many times and she came out to the house twice and visited several times during the fitting, offering great onsite advice about how to manage unplanned twists and turns such as how to manage our uneven floor ( old house) and design advice on the boxed in area which looks like a feature now rather than a bit of boxing in. Grace has a great eye and is also very good at advising and reassuring anxious and undecisive customers like myself!! Our bathroom is now finished and looks fab, I love our mocca tiles and the flooring and the finishing touch the lighting.. It's totally transformed! Our fitters Paul and Carl, were great, easy to have around and very through and again were great at advising on fitting issues that arose. Our thanks to Grace, now saving for our on suite!!!

Design, re-model and re-fit of two bathrooms at my home in Kirby Muxloe, Leicestershire. Frances from Plug initially came to size up the job after a brief visit to their well appointed showroom in Leicester, after which we were invited back in to review the design. We were really impressed here. The design was functional and elegant and completely within our brief and pretty much on budget.. The ability to think outside the box was evident particularly where one room was extended involving the demolition and re-build of stud work to give a far more practical space than we had previously. All details were thought through including colour schemes, lighting and decor and all fittings were of high quality. The fitting was carried out over a 5 week period, a little over what we had originally anticipated (between 2/3 weeks) but in the end I was glad of this as it was clear that the fitting team from PK services (Paul Kind & Carl Thrower) were methodical and were not cutting corners. I was on site the entire duration of the installation and build which included a complete rip out of all existing bathrooms including replacing existing stud work and re-routing of pipe work to accommodate the design that Plug had provided. There was good communication between the fitters and the design team as the project was executed as the practical knowledge and recommendations of the fitting team would mean one of two small alterations to the design which were easily accommodated. I was particularly impressed with the fitting team who were courteous and flexible at all times during the project and even extended the scope for a very reasonable fee to include fixing a long standing leak from a waste pipe that was evident from our downstairs utility and the replastering of three window apertures whilst I had three velux Windows replaced during the project! Overall, I have been impressed with the whole experience. The combination of design and fitting worked well here. Plug (Robert & Frances) came to site once or twice during the project both to deliver and see how things were going and the whole project was completed satisfactorily. I'm sure Plug aren't the cheapest company to use but they will work around your budget. For us, the two bathrooms came in at around £12.5K and we were very pleased with the result. The design service and co-ordination of all components right down to the type and colour of paint is worth its weight in gold and having a fitting team who can multi-task is invaluable. We had gone down the alternate route of self design and sourcing of fittings and individual trades before on a previous en-suite bathroom and it was enough to prevent me ever doing it again so having plug mastermind the whole thing was well worth it. There is a disconnect between the design and supply of fittings and the execution of the fitting itself and in an ideal world, I would have preferred for Plug to own the whole project and accept all liabilities, but having said that, the combination of design and fitting worked really well here and their selection of fitting contractor proved reliable and trustworthy. Overall, a job, very well done and we are very pleased with the result.

We visited PLUG interiors after visiting the normal high street kitchen companies.. Not completely satisfied with their designs we let Plug work their magic and after a few weeks they designed our kitchen with variations for choice. Needless to say we were impressed and excited they showed us materials we had never heard of and designed a compact kitchen with tons of storage space. Paulette Mckowen designed our kitchen and provided us with a second to non service, Fran James looked after us thereafter. We were happy with everything they offered have us time to make decisions and worked alongside our builders to ensure everything was finished on time and to an exceptional standard. Very happy with the final product and the service we received from them.

I dealt with a lovely designer at Plug called Grace who provided my project (A bathroom and en-suite) a great deal of care and attention. I was completely refurbishing my City Centre loft apartment and was recommended to Plug by a colleague at work. From the moment of stepping foot into the showroom I was greeted well and had every aspect of my design needs met. I have a love of design and detail, and felt that the designers at Plug worked really hard to incorporate my ideas and bring fresh ideas of their own to the table, and after various consultations Grace had came up with some amazing designs and I placed my order from there. Products arrived on time (I was on abroad on holiday at the time) but my contractor met with Plugs delivery team and they managed to get everything, including a 75kg V+A bath up to my third floor apartment safely without a moan! During the installation stage Plug were able to provide all assistance to my fitters and no question seemed to small (I'm sure they must have been sick of seeing my number pop up!) yet every call was dealt with, without ever having to chase up. I can't recommend them enough and have passed their details on to a number of my clients through work to anyone in Leicestershire who needs high quality bathrooms with really approachable staff.

Plug Interiors advertise a concept to completion package on their website. BEWARE!! I appointed Plug to complete my ensuite bathroom & to my surprise on completion of the design & hours spent finalising materials & products Plug informed me that they did not install bathrooms. I could not believe it, I approached them for the complete package like it clearly states on their website under design & installation they 'handle it all' however this was not the case but they reassured me they had a fitter that installs all their bathrooms, he was one of the best & Plug would manage the project every step of the way & clean up at the end. The only difference was that I needed to pay their fitter direct. I was not happy with this & had no idea who the fitter was but recommended by Plug & reassured that the project would be managed by Plug every step of the way, I could not turn back at this stage of the project. Oh how I wish I had! Plug liaised with their fitter, passed on the drawings directly to him, arranged delivery of the products through him & to be honest I could not see why paying him directly made a difference… UNTIL NOW. 12 months after the start of the installation & after spending over £15,000.00 I have tiles coming loose on the walls, the shower does not drain & we have had so many leaks our walls & ceilings outside the bathroom are damaged. Plug offered their support until they realised the severity of the problems & that the bathroom basically needed ripping out & starting again. At this point they stopped taking our calls which resulted in us returning to the showroom in anger which has resulted in a letter from Plugs solicitor banning us from any contact with them. Plug have stated that as we paid the fitter direct the installation has nothing to do with them. We are devastated. The fitter has been back so many times in an attempt to correct things but actually caused more damage. We are left with replacing the bathroom ourselves via a local professional installer that doesn’t have a fancy showroom & website.
