Have you ever wondered how smooth, beautiful and fun a renovation or build could be? We just experienced it. We started our attached 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite on January 4th, 2016 and completed it just under 5 months later. Gerry from Builders By Design was beyond incredible. His level of communication and integrity was more than 5 stars. He completed every single tasks on time and he created a suite that 100% percent of our family and friends could envision themselves living in. From the design work to the trades, he has the VERY best crew of people around him. There is absolutely nothing that we would change about this experience and you can guarantee that we will be working with Builders By Design again!

We wanted to completely redo 2 bathrooms and these builders did it while we were away. Before beginning the project, they provided us with a detailed budget, which is something we really appreciated. They then assisted me in picking out materials. They worked on our place while we went on holidays for three weeks and put a huge smile on our face when we returned. There were a couple of minor things that remained to be done, once we returned home and the owners of the company, themselves came out to complete the work, in a very timely manner. They made sure we were completely satisfied before presenting their final bill, which was right on budget. The bathrooms look beautiful and we would highly recommend working with Builders by Design.

The team at Builders by Design were great. They guided me through the process of building my new custom home and kept me informed every step along the way. They listened two what I wanted and delivered a top quality home. They had some great ideas that in the end really makes the house stand out. The construction process was very involved and they stayed on top of all aspects. We wanted some "one of a Kind" details in our new home and they were able to source out the right artists to give us just what we wanted. The sub-contractors that come into the house all commented on the quality and how much they liked the house. One eve said "this house feels like home", which is, in the end, what we were trying to achieve. We would highly recommend Builder by Design to anyone wanting to build or renovate.

The quality of work Builders by Design provided for us was excellent! We depended heavily upon them for their practical and creative solutions to the problems we encountered while working on our home. Gerry was always on time for meetings and never kept us waiting. He was a pleasure to work with and we trust him completely. We have recently purchased an additional property in Alberta and have asked Gerry to oversee the demolition of the house and other necessary work on this property. We feel very fortunate to have met Gerry. He was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to working with him on future projects.

コメント：Quick opinion on doorknob colorYour idea of matte black is a good one. I would also suggest a lever style in place of the traditional knobs. They are much easier to use for everyone.
